Matsumura runs at Zalgar and clashes swords.

As Matsumura runs in, I grasp my scimitar in my left hand and dive under his attack, slashing at his side before rolling twice and recovering my stance.

Matsumura looks at his side and sees a thin slice across his side. Blood begins to seep out. "Hmmm, impressive. You read my attack easily. However, now I know what I'm up against a little more, so not all is lost," says Matsumura as he begins to laugh. He walks up to Zalgar.
"Ok, it's time for me to show you the Mitsurugi "Blade of Fire and Water" technique. I learned this one from Mitsurugi himself.
Matsumura lunges forward, then sidesteps left, then lunges forward and to the right, then quickly to the left. He moves so fast that it appears that he is teleporting, but teleportation in this zone is impossible. He appears to have vanished. He then falls from the sky, spinning with his blade, like a falling helicopter, ready to crash right into Zalgar.

I hold my scimitar forward and flick my wrist three times, deflecting the thrusts off to the side. My movements are so minute as to be almost imperceptible, but they are quite effective defensively.
As Matsumura employs the final part of his attack I dive and roll under him, out of range of the attack. As he hits the ground I spin around with my scimitar in a wide arc, slashing at his unprotected back.

I stummble upon Zalgar's Dojo, my crossbow and sword disappears. I look around. "Hello? I was sent here by a friend. Could you help me to become a better swordsman?" I place my hands on my hips.

I lead her to another part of the dojo. On the wall appears every type of sword ever created.
"Take whichever sword suits your interest. Do you wish to fight with or without powers?"

I slash my scimitar into Matsumura's back and blast him across the room.
"First rule of battle. Pay attention. Shall we go again?"

"Sure thing. Perhaps this one we'll try with powers on?" said Matsumura, a bit skeptical of Zalgar, whether or not he used powers to blast him across the room.
