Note: This quest is for anyone who wishes to join, simply contact General Kolov in the main thread and he will tell you how to start on this quest.
During the height of the Cold War the United States developed a series of super-weapons called mechanoids. These bipedal machines bear resemblance to the ones in anime, however their purpose is more sinister. Starting with the massive eight-legged mecha called "Wolfspider" the purpose of the American mecha program, under the direction of general Vlad Kolov, became no less than world domination. Their purpose was to deliver staggering amounts of nuclear firepower into an enemy country, then infiltrate that country and destroy it's civil infrastructure with advanced projectile weapons known as railguns. In the public eye Operation Wolfpack never existed, however in reality it became the single most expensive endeavor in US history, totalling a staggering $11.3 trillion dollars by 1991.
The project culminated in the year 1980 with the production of the BM-25 Timberwolf. This mecha was over a mile in height, was armored with nearly indestructable neutronium plate and carried literally thousands of high-yield nuclear bombs. In addition it could carry three smaller urban-assault mechas, ten aircraft, five thousand soldiers and a half million tons of weaponry. At it's core was the single largest nuclear reactor ever built, capable of producing more power than the rest of the world for brief spans, or enough energy to move the 14-million ton machine at speeds over 300 MPH. At lower levels of power it could operate for years on autonomus mode.
The BM-25 disappeared shortly after General Kolov during the 500-year war. No one is certain what happened to it, however the General is offering a billion dollars in food, supplies and weapons to whoever can recover it, and recover it without Red Infinity's knowlege...
