These are the locations of the new FRA bases:
The Battleship: Comprised of the battleship Iowa, two coaling ships (transports designed to carry coal to a ship and load it at-sea), an ammunition ship and a supply ship. Due to the size of this base (1,100 men in the battleship, and 25 each on the transports) it counts as two bases. The transports have no combat capability.
PFCC: Penn's Forest Coal Corperation: A sprawl of mining complexes in the Applatian mountains, primarialy producing coal and iron, but also small quantities of precious metals.
