The Bloodspeaker Headquarters is deep beneath Paris, lower, even, than Le Metro which can actually be heard running over head in some areas.
Many parts of the catacombs are actually accessible to the general public (usually tourists), and thus are not in use.
The "Chapel" of the Bloodspeakers is located at the approximate center of a larger cave network where they make their home. This is where most of the sacrificial rites take place, and the floor is literally coated with blood. Not all the blood is recent, however, it is speculated that this chamber was used for sacrificial rites to fell gods long ago. In fact, if one examines some of the ancient carvings, the letters K, E, I, T, O, L, I, E, N, I, and N can be made out.
Kaitalish's chambers are located at the deepest point of the labrynth. Nobody goes there. Recently, a newer section has been carved out, and the words "Daughter of Blood" have been carved in. Rumor has it that the mysterious "daughter" that Kaitalish planted a powerful tainted seed in will make her quarters there whenever she comes to the main base.
The Paris base is the largest concentration of bloodspeakers and their undead minions. Many tsukai and akutsukai make their home here. Recently rumors of the cult's existence have spread through the darker sections of Paris, causing them to rein in their activites somewhat.
