In the future, a communist government known as Red Infinity controls Earth and colonies in space. Capitalism has failed, the U.S. is in shambles, and the third world was destroyed by nuclear wars which occured in the early 2000s.
The world is oppressed by an evil dicator named Lin-Sat who rules the world from its capital, Beijing.

To combat Red Infinity, Ukko the God of Earth created four eggs. (This you may find interesting since he is alligned with Red Infinity. Perhaps he is not evil as people assume.) In the eggs, he encased the souls of four great Finnish Heroes. Whoever finds the eggs will be granted impressive powers. Each of the four eggs has elemental powers as well as the power to summon a warrior into battle.
The four eggs include:
The Water Egg: Has water powers, summons the wizzard Vainemoinen
The Fire Egg: Has Fire powers, summons the mage Kullervo
The Air Egg: Has wind powers, summons the warrior
Lemminkainen
The Earth Egg: Has Earth powers, summons the goddess Mielikki.
When all four eggs are brought together at the summit of KippuMaki, you are allowed to enter Ukko's realm and ask of him one request. He will grant you any wish, and nothing is beyond his power.

Like any government, Red Infinity consists of many different departments. Here is a list of the departments and who runs them:
Government: Lin-Sat is the Prime Minister and ruler of the world. He is actually the Akujin Kuro.
Party: Lady Violet is Secretary General or leader of the Party.
Ministry of Terror: (sort of like the KGB)Kaschei- Minister of Terror
Ministry of Science: Scientist, Omadon is the minister of Science.
Ministry of Economics: Vampire, Cerues is Minister of Economics.
Ministry of Finance: A ministry in conjunction with the Ministry of Economics.
Ministry of Psychology: A sub ministry of the Ministry of Health. Located in St. Petersburg Lightmer Witmer heads it
Ministry of Defense: The cruel, Tarsky Merstov is the minister of defence.
Ministry of Elements: Ministry for the study of magic. Run by Chesire.
Ministry of Environment: Nabiki
Ministry of Health: Dr. Valmont
League of the Godless- Keitoleinen- puts down relgious rebelion

If you want to make up your own Ministry, you can post in under a city location, as Lightmer Whitmer did.
If you want your ministry in a city other than those mentioned, you may start a new thread for that city.
