What is up with that too many people connected to the server thing? I am not very good with computers. Is that just a problem with my computer, or a problem with the site?

Ok this site is put on the Proboards Server.
Sometimes when a server gets to filled up it denies access to people untill the server is open for more people.
With Proboards instead of getting a page saying "Sorry page cannot be found," proboards has made it so that it takes you to a page where you wait untill the server free's up so more people can enter.
