Alright it's simple really. The Black Hand is a secret Bosnian Terrorist organization that helped Bosnia get it's independence in World War 1. Now it has come not as a nationalist group but as an imperialist group. Trying to put imperialism back to where it once was. That is the job of the Black Hand...oh and we sometimes do dirty work for people. But that is rare..unless we know the person or political group.

1) The Black Hand is Serbian
2) Imperialism is not a form of government in and of itself. it is a system implemented by some governments. All different sorts of governments can be imperialist, except for anarchist systems, because they are inherently anti-controlling other areas.
3) By all means, be a nationalist group. However, if you are one, what are your other goals? Are you democratic, fascist, socialist, etc.?
Also, Mistress, LIF only goes after non-humans that threaten humans. This group has nothing to do with that. Go talk to Peter.
