She ran to Ulgin and tore at him and beat her fists on his chest.
"YOU LIE!!! MY FRANCO WOULD NEVER!!! He... he would... he had said you... he knew...he said you all had died. Oh my god. He...But...i can't believe he would have..done this to me. To us."
She was Babbling now. She was sobbing and knowing her brother offered no comfort for her she buried her face in her hands. It was true. She knew Franco had known her family had been killed. That was why she had been so suprised to know Magnus was still around. But Franco confessed the truth only about 5 yrs before he had died. He had confessed then that what he had said a long time before when he had went to tell of their sons birth was a lie. She could not travel so he went instead. After the visit he had told her they accepted her child. And 5 yrs before his death he told that he found the castle but her family was dead. Now she finds both were lies!!!

((Sorry that I have not been on the past few days, I will be online tomorrow evening, and on a more normal schedual next week))
Bassarov can not sleep, so he goes to his book shelf. He sees a copy of Canon's The American Road to Socialism, and starts to read.
Although it is very old, he finds the book interesting.

((your forgetting a few things, this isnt xenogears. and that game is based in the past.... red infinity is in the future. they are making cars that dont use fuel today, so in a few hundred years why wouldnt it be possible to make a mecha the same way?...., besides, as i siad, i built the gear, i didnt acquire it like the others did...))
i jump up alittle and lean back as i use my boosters, causing militek to fly backwards through the already made path through the buildings. i thrust my right arm at his gear and let the whip lash out at him as i redirect my left arm at him, getting ready to do the same. *d**n, he is fast..., i dont even think militeks computer caught him charging those blasts...*, i shrug it off. "d**n it ashen...., where the hell are you....". i lean forward abit and use the booster more, causing militek to fly towards him.

(Mod: I'm not talking about any game, I'm talking about physics. Generating energy from ambient energy requires enormous induction coils that are simply too large to fit on a gear. )

((I know this isn't Xenogears, but we are using their gear system, more or less. Well, I'll not argue the point as Kolov did it for me, and he IS a mod so he's got more authority in the matter. And fyi Xenogears is 10,000 years or so after our time))
As I see his hand grasping towards me, I reverse my thrust, ascending into the air. Suddenly, the gear once again changes to a slightly grayish hue, and the sound of Fei screaming echos throughout the area, followed by a burst of energy flying outwards from Weltall-Id.

(Uhh Satsujin, I do hope you realize that what you did will have GLOBAL effect, since we are talking about approx. 2% of the entire planetary landmass, a global drop in sea level and a fair portion of the atmosphere. I have no control over plot events of this magnitude, but don;t you think this is a bit extreme? This isn't devistated, this is gone!)

((There's only one flaw in your Gear, Ross. Its freaking ugly! Balck letters... always a good sign ;D))
Damascus feels her release and that makes him want to go even faster, but he holds his own pase. He moves them in the water so that she is now to the wall of the pool, being run up against so she'll not fall. He continued his thrusting and grabbed onto the pool wall behind her to keep from sinking into the crystal clear water. He could feel the build up and it was only a matter of time before he started coming.

((I can understand your point Vlad. The amount of sea level drop would not be as huge as you make it out to be though. Maybe a max of 100 foot drop globaly. As for the effects of the attack, it went in a straight line in both directions, meaning that both the effects of the black hole and beam went directly west and east, leading into outer space.
Ultimatly I will leave it to Bassarov to decide. If he deems it too much then I will gladly delete it and redo it.))
