Larva had left the arcade and was now headed back to Lady Violet's apartment. She did not seem so grand and elegant to him. He wondered if she really was all that special, or if she was just another woman working at Red Infinity. Albeit an extremly important job, but a job none the less. She appeared normal enough, nothing special to set her apart from all of the other women he'd met in his life. Now, Ikue-chan, there was a woman who demanded his attention. Wavy blue hair, beautiful eyes, smooth and curved... face. A godess of beauty at the very least. He was plauged by her image, it circluated through his head. He finally finished his revisions of his romance story. It was 40 pages long. He sat in a library, surrounded by svool girls that admired his words of love to Ikue-chan. They even helped him with a few points. He waved good byes, and recived a good bye hug from them all. A few had kissed him on the cheek when he had finally presented his face because of their determination to see him. It meant nothing to him, only Ikue-chan's sweet lips would mean anything to him, bar none. He now began to make his way back to Violet's apartment, but decided to stop in another bar, only this one had karekoke apparently. He walked inside to hear the ruiniation of TNT by AC/DC. He also watched the same man be thrown from the bar, a'ss first. He ordered from a menu handed to him and began to write some more into his love novel. He had planned on just making it a note to say he wanted to go on a date, but fate works in mysterious ways and he'd now made it into a novel about a man like himself in love with a goddess. A little dramatic, but more accurate then what most people thought he'd based it off of. Someone started to sing to Accidently in Love by Counting Crows and he noticed at how bad they weren't. He glanced over his shoulder and saw that the man singing it was actually really good. He listened till the end and then applaused with the rest of the people in the brightly lit bar. He reseaved help once again from the people that had noticed him and he now had a good sized book on his hands. When he left, people congratulated him on finding the right woman and wishing him luck where ever he went. He felt better about this city of Beijing. The people were nice and he had a place to go home to everynight. He walked throught the streets and on the sidewalks, making his way back to Lady Violet's apartment would not be easy because he'd wandered around aimlessly, looking for Violet and thinking about Ikue-chan. But, he had been told that he'd find his way back because he was guided by love. He smiled bahind his mask at that and just how true it might turn out to be.

"As I said I have been in a profession of death for seven hundred years, I have much that I can offer..." I think about what has been said, and remember a perticularly nasty concoction from my first modern military campeign, the Great War of 1914 to 1918. "Are you familiar with a compound called Mustard gas?"

"Now your talking. I have, but Red Infinity doesn't use it. Why don't you explain it to me. I am not keen on human weapons and wars..."
I smile widely with my big red lips

"It is late, good night Riku, don;t worry about me... I am perfectly fine."
I go to my room and turn out the light, I do fall asleep but not before thinking at length about our new strategist

"It is a chemical weapon as old as it is effective. It is not a true gas, but a liquid that can be rendered into an aerosol. It dissolves organic tissue on contact, causing horrific burns and usually death. It is less effective than more modern compounds such as VX gas, but it is far less persistant and therefore ideal for close-quarters use." I state. Some of my earliest assassins, M7 and F6, had been killed by this chemical. "I have a couple hundred gallons of it in storage, it's yours if you want it."

"That is super, General. Can you have it delivered to my A.S.S HQ?"
I am so happy I could turn into a troll and eat a small child.

"Of course. Please sign this." I place a materials transfer form in front of her. Inwardly I am disgusted at what this woman is thinking, not that I have room to talk... However my days of preying on humans are long over, now that humans voulintarialy drain themselves of blood for 'medical' reasons... If only they knew what 10% of that blood was actually used for. I sign the form and smile
"I am going to ASS Quarters. Thanks for your help, General."
I turn and leave his office, and take a teleporter back to my own

"Not a problem." I say gingerly as she leaves. I arrange for the three 55 gallon drums of the chemical to be transferred to her ministry, along with plans for various spreading mechanisims ideal for use in the confines of a room. Most are based on water pistols and refined to avoid damaging the user.

I finish filling the fuel tote. I remove the supply pump and lug the five gallon container back to my apartment. Now I move the android outside my room; I smoke in my apartment and I know that open flames and fuel vapor in a confined space are a sure recipe for disaster. I attach the transfer pump to the tote, then the supply hose to the manual fueling port on the android's back and begin to refuel her. Once I am finished I take her to a small, empty apartment and leave her there until I can find someone to reprogram her...
I go back to my apartment, strip to my underwear and climb into bed, where I violate a saftey rule and light a cigarette, the first I;ve had since I started handling the fueling equipment almost two hours ago. Once again I consider reprogramming the android myself, even though her false personality would be gone... I love Bassarov to no end, and I know that he doesn't need yet another young female competing for his love, so her being more childlike might not be such a bad idea. Plus this way she could make her own decisions as to what to believe, a choice that I never had until recently.

She smirks at him and pushes him away from her and begins to swim a bit. "It was good..." She smiled playfully this time, "As always.. but I'd rather just enjoy this bit of tresspassing on private property and swim just a little... Do you mind?" She splashes just a bit of water at Damascus.

Yoko blushes at Hayven's words. He was correct in her low self-esteem. But the fact that he found her endearing that way is what made her blush the brightest. She told herself it was nonsense. And just smiled plesantly at him. "A-alright. Thanks..."
