I saw a number of them enter an apartment, and some underground.

I walk slowly down the street, helpless people run away from my hideousness.

"Sure." I say. I start to send some test signals to the other 'cabs' and find that all of them within the former metropolitan area are still operational, but those in the intercity subway system are no longer active. For those we'll need a portable generator...
"Misha, I'm gonna go back topside to get some tools. Please wait here, and don't press any buttons unless you're pretty sure you know what they'll do." I walk back up to the surface and begin to gather the tools that I will need.

That would be quite splendid if I do say so myself master. Where shall I meet you?

I continue down the street, my wings slowly flapping, building speed, then I lift off the ground. My wings keep swinging as I float in the air.

[Kaitalish]

I... wait. Someone just came out. Come up in front of her, I'll circle around back.

[Irvine no Oni]

Yes master.

I stop swinging my wings and I hurl to the ground, before I hit the ground, I start flapping them fast, getting speed. I head towards the old subway and I spot a girl. I land in front of her.

" Die... "

I dash towards her, my claws extended.

["Zero" Americanski]

I sense the attack just before it connects, and leap 15 feet in the air. As I come down I draw my pistol with my left hand, and my katana with my right, and use the combined force of a swing and my fall to slice at MahoIrvine.

[Kaitalish]

As Zero unleashes that most impressive manuever, I hurl a spear of blood at her exposed back.

[Irvine no Oni]

I start to fly away from her in the direction I dashed, only managing to escape with a slash on my foot.

" d**n... "

I stop flying and land on the ground, spitting out blood red liquid out of my mouth.

" Blood Acid. "

( Gotta go, school tommarow. )

["Zero" Americanski]

The spear glances off my shirt, slicing both it and my skin. I dive out of the way of the blood acid and both slash and shoot three shots at Maho Irvine, before turning to face Kaitalish.

[Kaitalish]

Seeing that Irvine no Oni is having problems, I take control of his body.

You still haven't accustomed yourself to your new form. Rest, my minion.

I gate it away before the attack can strike. A massive gout of black flame bursts from me and flies towards Zero.

["Zero" Americanski]

Seeing the flames I spread eagle on the ground, the flames missing me but scalding my back and hair. I growl, this kind of wound regenerates quite slowly, perhaps taking a couple days despite the minor nature of the injury. When the flames have passed I leap up and fire at Kaitalish.

[Kaitalish]

The bullets pierce my body, causing small holes that spill out a burning black ichor. Before that ichor can even spill to the ground it is swept up. The skies darken, and three lightning bolts strike at Zero from the sky.

I quickly charge my own body, thus cancelling or deflecting the charge. I then vault upwards at high speed, and I begin to gather telekenetic energy around myself, which I then fire in the form of an explosive bolt at Kaitalish.

[Kaitalish]

With a flap of my mighty wings I push myself even higher into the air, unleashing a cloud of taint that quickly fills the air around me and draws ever closer to Zero.
