"You have no time limit here. I can teleport us to the exact moment that we left. Take as long as you want. We could even go out for drinks. Even evil sorcerers need to get out sometime."

"Alright... Yeah, I think I could use a drink. Do you have any place in mind?" I say, feeling strange leveling with Kaschei.

"We could go out to a local bar or go look for some virgins to slaughter in strange ritual to drink their blood."

"I much prefer the taste of vodka to that of human blood... I'm sure you know of a better place to drink than I do. When and where would the best bar be?"

"How about...there..." Kaschei points at a random bar. He actually never goes out drinking, but figures he needs to celebrate the defeat of Omadon. He walks with Mischa to the bar and takes a seat with him in the far corner. He hates people and noise so the dark corner suits him well.

I order a glass of straight vodka, and wonder how many fathers of the children at the school down the street drink here. Mitya's step father probably does...
"So... What's it like being able to control time? That must be pretty neat..." I say, not really having much of an idea what to talk about.

"Oh yes, it is very "neat." Kaschei never drinks what bars have to offer. Instead he mixes his own mind altering potion and drinks it from a golden goblet. "what is it like to be weak and average?"

I run my finger around the rim of my glass.
"Frustrating. Probably an emotion you've never felt before, or if you have, not in the same way."
I take a long drink, and slam the glass down on the table.
"What does someone such as yourself do for fun? I'm sure things must get boring after awhile."

"I study magic and work most of the time. But I am as eternal as time, and my demise will cause of rift in time which will obliterate our world. I am forever." Kaschei replies as he drinks. "To stave off the boredom, I torment people, I toy with their pathetic and short lives. And when I am not doing that I spend time with my black dragon, Machiavelli."

"I see."
I take another drink, emptying the glass.
"And the prospect of toying with people's existance doesn't trouble you in the least? Playing God, that is."

"Why? I am powerful and can do as I please. There are no such things as gods anyway. There are just people who know how to exert power on a grand scale. I am a god in my own way. We each are...if we determine it is what we wish to be."

Meg rubs her eyes before getting out of her bed.She glances over at the clock. It was a old clock just ticking away at the time.
She sighed and put on her sweatshirt and walked outside. It was cold.It felt like a winter day and it wasnt. But she could see her own breath.Meg sat down on a bench and crossed her legs. She had her cellie in her pocket.

I start to feel the effects of the alcohol already.
"Of course, I'm just using the phrase 'playing God' as a relative term... And there are certain things, for example, which are unattainable for various reasons, one of them may very well be that of, someone with greater power than themselves is manipulating their surroundings, not giving them a fair playing field. Having this tremendous power doesn't bother you? You have the audacity to say that we are all gods, when you yourself are guilty of stripping the ability of someone to choose their own destiny?"
I haven't even had one drink yet, and I'm already talking like an idiot. I am so sleeping in a cell tonight...

Kaschei takes a large drink and stares at Mischa coldly.
"Some of us are obviously more god like than others."
He takes another drink. "I take back what I said earlier. I don't like you at all."

I order another drink.
"Don't worry, the feeling's mutual. Since I'm already acting like an idiot, do you want to join me, and play a drinking game?"
