The Day After Yesterday

"I am on a mission to find criminals. It is tedious work. I scan minds as I walk down the street, searching for those who have thoughts against Red Infinity. Once the Little Sister project is complete, my work will be a lot easier." I scan the crowd for their thoughts. There is someone nearby watching us and who harbors thoughts against Red Infinity. The thoughts are so strong it is hard to ignore.

"Indeed that is true. I do not mind aiding the Nihilists, but I prefer to be unfettered by alliegance. The only thing that matters to me is the balance, and at the moment, our causes may be the same."

[Suriv Vorassab]

Assist as you will. Thank you for your time. He bowed slightly and turned toward Soren.

"Both of you are so odd. What are you two? Unless it is rude to ask."
I smile at Void.
"And that's a good plan. Red Infinity is much too strong. Sometimes doing nothing is the best option."

"However, I must say that you mistake my intentions. At the time, I was not opposing Red Infinity because I was investigating the balance. Soon, I may have to change my stance."

I turn to Suriv.

"I believe it is best that you know my true nature before working with me. If you have a gun, fire a regular bullet at my chest. That is the easiest way for me to get my point across."

What am I? A virus made of anti-matter. The exact opposite human being infused with a virus created by my former master, Dr. Leon.

I have no gun, but.. He stretched his arm across the street and picked up a small stone and threw it at supersonic speed towards Void.

Ceph stared throughout the crowd of people and lowered his eyelids. "Little Sister Project..?" He asked quietly.
He watched as the crowds of people walked by. "Won't think be.. a little tough?"

"I have a gun." I pull out my 9mm Bareta and fire at Void.

It seems both men are not for me to fight today. My powers are of little use.

[Void]

Both bullet and rock are obliterated instantly upon touching me.

"As you can see, I am... not of this world."

[Peter "The Owl"]

Peter increases the zoom, Julie's head filling his view. He fingers his rifle slightly. It was an easy shot. She was holding still, in the open, and she didn't suspect a thing.

His hand slowly closes around the barrel of the rifle. He lowers his other hand, dropping the zoom back to regular view. He draws his rifle from it's concelled location and sights the shot, the crosshairs perfectly on the very center Julie's head.

He wasn't supposed to do this... but he wasn't a drone anymore. Eliminating the telepath now would prevent any chance of her discovering L.I.F agents. Peter keeps the sight centers, and waits for the perfect moment, his finger slowly pulling back the trigger of the sniper rifle...

That is very intresting, but I have no offence to that. I am not of this universe. But, we are all diffrent. Or same, in the end we all die. Or...most of us. He said, looking at Void.

"Little Sister is going to be a large computer that monitors the world, collecting information. It is the remodeled Zwei. Our ability to collect information and monitor people will be unlike anything ever envisioned by any other government in history." I turn from Cephrien suddenly.
"Someone is thinking of shooting me, we aren't safe." I scan the crowd for the one who could to targeting me.

"Indeed. As you surmised, I am immortal, one of the reasons that I choose not to align myself with any mortal faction."

[Suriv Vorassab]

I can understand why. Good luck, if there is suhc a thing as luck. I bid we meet again someday. I am glad to be in the presence of such a being as you, but I need rest. Zwei was a challange and i'm tired.

[Victoria]

"Everything can be destroyed. You are no exception. Even the gods can be destroyed." I say to Void crossly.

"But I have other matters to attend to."
I turn into mist and return to the Ministry of Terror to make a report on the information that I gathered.
