i blink again and glance around, "i see...". i sigh and lay down slightly, leaning against the stone wall behind me and the cold iron bars to my right. my wound was almost healed, despite the angle inwhich she cut me.

After the three of them left I summoned Sargent Oak to my room. "Sargent Oak. Come report to my chambers now." I said to her.
I waited patiently as I sat thier shining like the sun. The light peered through the dusted drapes. *Time is running out* I though.

I look up at the clock. Well it's after midnight.... I am now officialy 19. Funny, I don't feel any different. I think to myself. I look at the information again, our information on our own members is surprisingly vague. But I feel I've done enough for the day. I sit back in a comfortable chair and light a cigarette, and attempt to relax.

Once Tsubaki completes the mission, I contact Donald Morton at the Ministry of War.
"The core has been delivered to Romania and your ministry can start your work." I say over the phone.

"Our work on the software has already begun. Though it will be helpful to have the hardware to test it on. I have already taken the liberty of withdrawing certain items from the Ministry of Storage." I say, referring to the Focus. "The actual system will be complete before the month is over, getting it connected to our information gathering systems will take considerably more time..."

"That is fine, I expected so much. This is no trivial project. This will forever change how we process and gather information. But Lin-Sat will be displeased if "Little Sister" is not up and running within 3 months time."
I also place a call to Erika, but when I call her room, there is no answer. I decide instead to use my telepathy.
"Erika, can you report to my office? I need to discuss a project with you."

"Three months is more than enough time to build it from scratch. However the connectivity problem is not mine, it's Information's. They are the ones that need to be hurried." I explain as cooly as I can.

"Yes Donald that is correct, and I will feel the blame long before anyone from that Ministry is contacted. In any event, we would like to get Little Sister operating as soon as possible."
When Erika enters my office I smile and offer her a seat.
"I will soon have very important work for you. We recovered the Zwei Core and the Ministry of War is currently repairing and altering this computer."
I slide over some files we have on the Zwei machine and the designs for Little Sister.
"We call this project "Little Sister." It is a project to monitor the world in a way superior to our other methods of information gathering."
The plans are vague, and Violet herself does not know all of the details of how it will work.
"You will be the face in the machine, a face that enters the minds of people and reminds them that we are watching them. I believe this will make people less inclinded to rebel against us."
