I lead Kelthassil into my room and pull the book off the shelf. The book is large and heavy, and the pages are written on the hide of some long extinct animal.
I set the book on the table with a thud. I open it and a moth flies out.
"As you can see, this book is quite old."

I look at it, examining the runes.
"Indeed, quite old. Perhaps almost as old as you or I."

In a cloud of white smoke, Tyhja of the Void appears behind Void. He approarches Void with caution and is burdoned by recent events. "I know why you called me here. We must fight him. He can not enter the mortal world."

"Can you read any of it?"

"You are right, he cannot enter the realm. However, I do not want you to face him with me."
I say seriously, not facing my lighter brother.
"Satsujin is powerful. You are, quite frankly, not strong enough to face him. I have had the most contact with him, it is I who shall face him. It is my duty to the greater balance."
I turn and nod at Tyhja.
"I do not expect to return. Farewell, my brother."
I meld into the void and am gone.

I look at the book, turning a few pages and scanning it. I smile wryly.
"This is a dragon's cookbook," I say with a chuckle.
"Although that recipe for grilled human does sound intriguing."

"I will be waiting."
Tyhja stares over the spot where Void vannished and contemplates this interdimensional crisis. He takes a sit on the ground and waits for the battle to begin.

"Oh, how....disappointing." I stare at the book and blush out of embarassment.

I laugh.
"No big deal. I can see where you might think it to be important. The binding is quite old and the runes are quite impressive. Dragons are ostentatious creatures after all."

"If nothing else, I can donate it to some of the dragons who work here. I might make a friend in the process."

"I'm sorry, I didn't notice you there. Are you a new anarchists?"
I ask the young woman. I feel bad that I didn't see her. I wonder how long she was in our living room.

"Sort of and sort of not. My name is Veronica and I am a hedonist. I come from the Party Party. We are against all laws and governments. Ultimately, we just want to have fun."
And by the look of it, I won't be having much fun around here.

"It is a pleasure to meet you. I am afraid I have not heard of your political party before. You will have to tell me all about it." I sit on a chair so I can listen to what she has to say.
