Stalin Smiled, "I completely agree. We must deal with them harshly, and publicly. Throw the book at them and make sure that they will think at least 10 times before slacking off."

"Damascus is on a mission to check out the recent activity concerning the new nihilist group. As for Valkoinen, I will have a talk with him...or...as Stalin said we can be more harsh with Valkoinen and make an example of him."

I put out my cigarette, and throw it into the garbage. A beautiful throw if I do say so myself...
"Of course..."

I want more than just mere "talking", Violet. If Damascus is pulling his weight, fine. However, for any operative that disobeys, I want them severely punished. I am considering placing them in the Ministry of Terror for a few days to teach them the folly of unproductivity.

Stalin smiled. He liked this Lin-Sat.
"I'm glad we agree on that point." Stalin said, once again putting his arms behind his back. "I doubt talking ever encited fear and respect into the populace."

"That seems fair." I am usually never this harsh but I feel I must prove something to Stalin. I try not to be overly compassionate for Valkoinen, since I must put Red Infinity above all things.

"Good. And on that note, we need a few more designated torturers and less of our operatives taking it into their heads to torture sporadically. I do not mind if some operatives also assume torturer duties, but I want a training program enacted so that we can ensure that they know what they are doing. I will have no more blunders like what that fool Illidan did to Brady."

I push Mischa down on my matress and sit on his chest.
"You're a lot of fun Mischa. You look boring, but you really aren't. I wish you would join Red Infinity..."
I still don't understand why he won't. I mean, if he does we can spend more time together.

"Something tells me I'm going to want to hear this story." Stalin said, quirking a brow and looking up at Lin-Sat. "What happened?"

I groan.
"Oh, Illidan had no idea what he was doing. His idea of torture was spraying them with their favorite drink so as to make them sticky. It was pathetic."

"In my opinion, he should've been shot for such ignorance. Not only does it make the party look bad, but it is a direct reflection on you and the system you run." Stalin stated firmly.
"Such ignorance is... unacceptable!"

Every time we implement any repressive policy we see an upsurge of rebel activity. I am not as keen as I was a moment ago on Stalin's return since it will make my job harder.
I listen to Lin-Sat and Stalin attentively. It seems they have hit it off.

"Oh I quite agree. Unfortunately, he slipped through the cracks of our disciplinary measures, and was not even punished. There are major holes in our system that need to be repaired. In fact, I am considering assigning you to that, Comrade Stalin. I think you would do well."

"I can assure you, there will be no holes in the system once I am through with it." he said surely in that ever confident Stalin voice of his.

I suddenly am reminded of how Lin-Sat purged Dr. Valmont, the Minister of Health and how much that angers me since he was a good man and one of my lovers. I really hope that no one else I care about gets purged. What if, what if I am?
I stand up straighter and become more serious.
"I shall go to my office at once to put our plans concerning Valkoinen into motion. Was there anything else that you needed of me, Lin-Sat?"
