"Oh... I... I didn't know..." I say awkwardly.

I stare at her wide eyed. I shook my head. "My lord, that is quite a lot of money..." I said to her still suspicious about this deal.
"How about 20 million instead. (counting both) For both. You said I get a huge discount price." I said to her still unsure about the whole thing.

"I'm sorry. I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to hate me. A lot of people do." My voice is raspy and my face damp. I take a kleenex and dry my face. "It'd probaly be best if you left..." I say sadly.

"I... I... I will visit you again, mother..." I say hesitantly, before I turn and walk away.

I sit in my office looking over the reports of Satsujin's attacks.
"General Kolov, report to my office," I say through the intercom system.

"Sorry, but that's unreasonable. I'm already talking 60% off here. And those prices are per ship**. Though I'll tell you what, if you agree to have all of your ships converted I'll knock another $2.5 million off each one." I say, somewhat irritated. The coalburners are expensive, especially considering the materials employed and the level of craftsmanship required.
**Really, $20 million for a new engine on a cruiser is not that bad!

I walk into Lin-Sat's office, salute and say "What is it sir?" After all, this petty administrative nuts is why I created Morton!

I pick the thoughts out of Kolov with relative ease.
"I know you made Morton for that, Vlad, but I find dealing with you makes me slightly less inclined to kill something than were I to deal with your puppet. Not to mention the fact that I dislike employees who do not pull their own weight. In any event, I want a full report on the damage caused by Satsujin in Japan."

((Sorry I am not good with engineering and how much what costs))
"Well, alright fine." I said smiling. *Her tone sounded a bit vexed. But buisness is all about haggling(sp?)* I thought.

"Here." I produce a sheaf of papers detailing the damages. "Surely that is not all you wanted though... I could just as easialy have had this transported via electronic mail, or by a courier."

"No, it is not. As you know, I am always fond of taking advantages of opportunity when it presents itself. I am not too concerned with the presence of Satsujin, and our spies tell me that some of the key rebels are actually planning on finding the means with which to stop him. I am sure you see the possibilities here, do you not?"

"Allright then! I will inform my harbor facility to make the nessasary prepearations, and you had best improve your coaling facilities. After all, those ships will need two or three hundred tons a day. Each. We can sell to you at $35 a ton, but you'd have to collect it yourself..."

"As a matter of fact I do. I think the new rebel base in Lapland is a ripe target. Also if I may make a suggestion, we shouldn't take direct action against the FRA... We should try to turn the various rebel groups against each other. We should try to turn the Green party against them, after all they are the world's second biggest polluter..."

Celes's eyes narrow almost instantly at the mention of her step-mother. "Well, stranger, let me answer your question with another question. How in bloody hell do you know I have a step-mother?!" A deep feeling of distrust enters her as she takes a step back, getting into a defensive stance.
"I don't really lay much trust in strangers who know I have a step-mother, and probably maybe even her name.."
