"Ooh, cool. I didn't even know there was one. I've always related more with democratic socialism, even if Mr. Bassarov is one of my heros.... I'm not usually a very violent person."
The statement is very ironic in this situation.
"Of course, there is their dishonorable actions during The Revolution. Siding with the Capitalists was wrong. I mean, non-violence is one thing, but clinging to a dying system is just silly, especially when you use force to retain something that you fought against, ya know?"
"Hey Zero, um... I have an idea."
He doesn't know why he wasn't communicating with telepathy before. It's so much more direct. Ordinarily her prefers it. Of course, Tim always hated it. He thought it was creepy...
Zero, I am going to make a jet of water that will be detached from any contact with my body or the other water present in the room. Touch it with your sword, and it will carry the electric charge. At least I think it will. What d'ya think?

"Now, we see what they say." Peter takes the cards back and deals out five in a horizonal line infront of Lena. "Basic fortune. Each card has meaning, and when compared with the other cards, those meanings change and reform, eventually putting together a pattern or a situation. You don't get exact information but it helps sometimes." Peter start to turn the cards. ((I would do a real reading, but I don't have my cards right now. I'm just going to BS this.)) "Coins, cubs, sword, coins and," he turns the last card, "Death." He taps the last card and nods, "That's actually not a bad thing. Death is the card of change. So... not much here really. Developments... new experiences... so far that's today. Dreams, which you already had. And finally, the Death card." Peter gathers the cards, returning them to the deck. "Something is going to change for you, Lena. Something big."

"Really? I thought you would be upset with me for being too wishy washy with my politics." Elijah says with relief. He turns and sees that Sayuka looks pretty angry about the mention of the democratic socialist movement. "Maybe we can talk about it later." Elijah turns his attention back to the fight, trying to avoid eye contact with Sayuka.

It's worth a try. It'll take me a few seconds to build up a good charge... I begin to shiver as I use all of my energy to charge myself, only saving enough to teleport out when I'm discharged again. Once again the blue sparks start forming on the edge of my blade.

This is not a good time to talk or think about politics. I will be sure to talk to Bassarov about Elijah and Andrew's sympathies to the more moderate movement. For now, I observe Zero and Andrew.
[glow=violet,2,300]They have always sided with the capitalists since that is where their true interests reside.[/glow] I say to myself.

Say 'go' when you're ready.
"I don't think so. I just think their interests reside in a more slow motion revolution, which often avoids the risks of a government like RI from forming. Working with the current, instead of against it. Democractic socialists are still anti-cap. They just think that a Socialist utopia can be achieved without so much bloody violence. In a government like Red Infinity, a more moderate approach may be more effective, especially since Red Infinity is already 'communist'. The average person won't really be able to tell Stalinism from Trotskyism, even if they are as plain as day to us."

I'm ready when you are! A long spark leaps from my blade to my feet harmlessly, but if it continues I will lose my charge. I hold out my sword so Andrew can do his part.

Lena stares at the cards for a while and then nods. "Pretty neat. I hope the change isn't something bad.." She says thoughtfully before looking back up at Peter. "My village did something like this, through I'm sure all the predictions they did were wrong." She says, showing some dislike for her religion.
"What was this 'high school' like?"

I decide that today I will go home early. I have put in too many long hours and I can not keep up working at this pace. I take some work home with me and sit in the kitchen to look over some reports. I see that Damascus is there and that he made me some tea.
"Good to see you Damascus. It was thoughtful of you to make me this tea."
I help myself to some tea and think about all of the people who adore me. I have to be a better person. I am not the person they think I am.

Andrew propels the water in a thin stream, like a fire hose, which he quickly cuts off. It hits the sword just as the water disconnects with his body, and the charged water, crackling with energy, heads towards Tsubaki.

Bassarov leaves the bedroom and tries to think of what it was he was supposed to do today. He knows that there must be something important. He thinks of Satsujin, but he can't come up with any solutions to that problem. "Mischa, what am I supposed to do today?" The meeting is not until Sunday. So it isn't that. He sits on the sofa and tries to remember what important thing he had planned for the day.

"High School? Well, it was alright. I have good memories and bad. The government runs all the schools. My grandparents say that a long time ago there were alot of governments and lots of different countries and that all of them did things differently.
But now it's just Red Infinity. Anyway, we didn't learn much besides what they wanted us to know. Alot of kids seemed to like school. It was easy. I never did, not really. I mean, I liked to learn, but I always felt that they weren't teaching me all that there was to know, and the teachers got annoyed when I asked too many questions.
I spent my personal time researching stuff on my own. I loved the supernatural, stories about vampires and werewolves and..." Peter laughs slightly and blushes a little, "And ice maidens. Stuff like that. When I finished high school I kept at that. Looking back now, I must only have been able to learn what I did because of a government error. They never would have let me learn all this stuff otherwise.
Anyway, I finished three doctorites and..." He stops, his sentence dying away. He'd been taken by the LIF after that. And he didn't really want to talk about that. "And... and here I am!" He finishes with a little to much emotion. It sounds forced, and it probably is.

I wake up feeling tender but more or less normal. I get out of bed and put my Red Infinity uniform back on, comb my hair, then kiss Iris on the forehead. She is so beautiful, and innocent and I don't want to let Red Infinity use her as the Nazis used me. First I teleport to Lady Violet's office and seeing she is not there teleport to her house. Once there I am overcome by apprehension, and only manage to lightly tap on the door.

I hear a light knock at the door and answer it. I see that it is Erika and open it for her.
"Hello Erika, it is nice to see you. How are you doing? I heard that Iris is healthy and eager to work for us."
I lead her into my kitchen to sit down with her.

Dr. Murdock teleports to outside of Lady Violet's office. She is anxious to meet the new operator of "Little Sister."
She knocks twice. She never teleports directly into rooms. It is impolite, and especially when that room belongs to a superior.
Dr. Murdock realizes that Lady Violet is not in. She decides to go to Lady Violet's house.
She teleports outside again, and knocks.
