Bassarov returns to his apartment. He thinks of Fenitchka. She is a cute but simple girl. This is something that he really wants, to talk to real people and reach out to them politically. She is perfect for that! She is just an everyday girl who is likely loyal to Red Infinity. He can open her eyes to the world.
He goes to his room and is ecstatic to have someone so politically unsophisticated to shape and direct. He can't wait to meet his other students.

Lena glances toward Lana, who seems a bit quiet. She was probably thinking about what she would do. Lena looks back toward Peter and nods. "That would be lovely, we certainly have the time." She says while thinking about this God, and her goddess.

*Before the vote* Did I say I didn't like this kind of bagel? Ah I must have... I need to be a little more aware of what I'm saying.
"I like sourdough a lot, with this kinda cream cheese. Or garlic with sun dried tomato cream cheese." I say, reminiscing of the times when I could actually come across a garlic bagel.
*After the vote*
"France sounds good." I say, a little annoyed that we're just going to leave Sasha and Antero behind. I do my best to contain that fact.

"Why do you fight me when I am offering you help? Even the god of everything must need assistance somewhere, no? I don't understand your existence at all, it seems bleak and useless. You have nothing to strive for when you have everything. If you will, I would like to follow you in your workings. It will allow me to understand what you fight for and what your existence is for."
Anutsaka assumed more defensive stance observing the power emanating from Satsujin.

Iris looked up to see an older man walk in the room, she was somewhat annoyed by this but didn't show any emotion. She decided to let her mother handle the situation.

"Well, I can tell you stories that I know. My parents told me that back when they were children they had a book with all the stories in it but it was taken away by the government.
But I wrote down all the stories that I knew and made a new book of them. It's back in Lapland so you can read it when we get there if you like."
Peter stares into Lena's eyes for a moment before he remembers he's holding her hands and standing very close to her. He lets go of her hands, leaving the cross in her grasp, and steps back a little.
"But I'd be glad to tell you some of them now. I can't remember all of them perfectly, which is why I wrote them down, but I can do my best."

Dan awakens the next morning to the usual miniture lodged in the small of his back. How the things kept getting into his bed he didn't know but he was beginning to suspect that he was gaming in his sleep.
Pulling the tiny pointly goblin out of his back Dan swings his feet off the bed and yawns. He stands, showers, dresses, and puts his toast in the toaster. He stands there, watching the toast cook, his mind wandering.
He made a mental note to stop by the video store on the way to school and pick up something for the movie tonight. He hadn't watched any cartoons since he was a kid... okay, a younger kid.

((Flashback))
"...while I do not feel comfortable compromising our beliefs, and I don't care too much for Valodya Bassarov, I think that on a whole, it will be better to merge with the fourth internationale. We are alike enough that we can set aside our other differences and come together for a common goal. We have momentum now, and to squander it now would be foolish. We must not organize in opposition to, but in concert with, the fourth internationale." Alister finishes up, and steps down from the podium, heading back for his seat.

(Flashback)
The ISP voted to merge with the Fourth Internationale, and although I had some misgivings about this merger, I knew it was right. The democratic socialists had already joined the capitalists to defend the parliments in Europe, action had to be made so that the revolution could be won.
Everyone leaves the convention, filing out the large auditorium and returning to their homes. In the coming days, there will be many meetings so we can take up the revolution against the Japanese government. I wait outside for Alister. I see him coming, and approach him.
[glow=violet,2,300]And here I thought you were afraid of public speaking. You did a good job, it seems that things will be different from now on.[/glow]

Alister is startled by Sayuka's voice, but remains collected.
"Thank you, Sayuka. I felt as though there were things which needed to be said, and public speaking is very different when you are surrounded by cadre." Alister ponders the role of the ISP inside the fourth internationale.
"While the Fourth Internationale is similar, they are not identical. There is a reason why we were seperate internationales, and I feel some... reservations, in regards to our decision. But you are correct, everything has changed."

[glow=violet,2,300]I was thinking that after the revolution, the ISP could always split again. This is just a short term thing in the interest of the workers. But when it comes to actual planning, and aftermath, it would be advantageous for us to just go on our own.[/glow]

Alister smiles.
"I should hope that after the revolution, there wouldn't be a need for political parties such as the International Socialist Party, or the Fourth Internationale."

[glow=violet,2,300]I believe Alister, that there will still be polititcal parties, but the nature of these parties will change. Rather than representing one corporate or class interest over another, political parties will become the instrument of economic planning. Political parties would represent different visions of how to meet the needs of everyone within the context of economic equality."[/glow]
I button up my rain coat when it starts to sprinkle.
[glow=violet,2,300]Is that a new outfit? It looks nice on you. You must have bought it for the convention. You looked professional up there. Very serious.[/glow]

"Perhaps I should have reiterated. I meant that I hoped that there would be no need for a vanguard party to lead the masses to revolution." Alister replies. He sees Sayuka button up her rain coat and feels a little sprinkle himself.
"Thank you. I seldom wear this outfit unless I am presenting something. I would ask you if you would care for a walk, but it appears that the weather has taken a turn for the worse. Unless you share my appreciation for the rain."

[glow=violet,2,300]"I am not made of sugar, more like salt and vinegar I think. I can handle a little rain. And I only was saying that the nature of politics will change. It will be interesting to see what becomes of us."[/glow]
