"Only a human would want to mess with time." Shade twirls his cane and then leans it against the wall. He reahces inside his leather coat, his hand brushing the silk ruffles of his shirt, and brings out a pack of cigarettes. He pops one out and put it between his lips, then offers Kaieka the pack while getting a lighter out with his other hand. "You smoke?"

Bassarov wakes up eary and returns to the living room. He gets some orange juice and an english muffin and sits with the anarchists.
"Well, I am all yours now. What can I do for all of you?"

Soren needs to find more nihilists. He has been slacking and now his group as evaporated. He heads to Helsinki to do a little research on rebels there. He learns of one named Shade Gi. Shade Gi has been a rebel since last spring but didn't do anything to help the rebel cause. A guy like this might have potential as a nihilist, since obviously he isn't as ideal driven as some people. Soren takes the file on Shade Gi and starts looking for this vampire theif.
(Many of your characters are apolitical and I want to cut down on that. Which is why you may notice that I have been contacting some of your characters to get involved with certain political groups)

Kautsky sends a letter to Daniel once again. His crow reports that Daniel wishes to meet with him. Although this enthuses him, it would be dangerous for the young socialist student to visit the labor camp in Siberia.
Dear Daniel,
I must warn you not to come to Siberia. I am here in a forced labor camp for political prisoners. If you come here, you may be arrested. It is too dangerous and I do not want you to take those risks. Instead, I will send someone to meet you.

Soren spends some time looking for Shade Gi and finds him in Moscow. He steps up to the vampire theif.
"Hey, my name is Soren. I don't believe in anything. I was thinking, you might be something of the same..."
This is a strange way to start a conversation, but Soren is not one to care about being social.

"I still don't like magic." Shade pockets the cigarettes and lights the one in his mouth. "What about you K? Not hanging with the rebels anymore?"
Shade rolls his third eyes back and examines the new comer. Strange. He turns his head so he can look at the man with his normal eyes. "I'm listening."

I walk up to Soren and the group of vampires he is talking to. I have a headache from staying up too long for too many nights.
I approach the group and am in no mood for being social.
"The nihilists are so d**n hard to keep track of. What is this Soren, a vampire convention?"
I cross my arms and examine the other vampires. The female one looks a little like me. How quaint.

Before I can answer, a strange new fella pops into the darkened street. I decide to wait and listen to what these two have to say.
Soren looks like a bitter sort of guy, dark and moody, the kind that would write poetry or blow up kindergardens.

"I am with a group called the nihilists. We are looking for people to join our counter order. I looked up rebels in Helsinki and you caught my eye. To sum it up, we want to destroy everything and see what remains. We are looking to reveal the truth of no truth to the world."
Soren nods to Dariya.
"I was busy in Copenhagen. I don't have do lead this group. You others can do things too you know." He says to her crossly.

"Vampire convention? Ya. Ya it is. And every convention needs refreshments." Shade draws back his lips, fangs flashing in the moonlight, and hisses at Dariya. After a short hiss he closes his mouth and turns to face Soren properly. "Destory things? I'm more of a 'borrow' things from other people sort of guy."

I ignore Soren, since he is just an angry little boy and these vampires seem far more interesting than that human.
