Noe raises an eyebrow. "Four projects? More than I was expecting. Well, I don't want to pry, but if you would be so kind as to give me an overview those projects..."

"Delirious and close to insanity if I am talking to a cess pool."
I flick my burned out cigarette butt into the pool and watch as it slowly churns.

Zinn whips around, startled out of her reverie.
"Aren't you supposed to be sleeping?" she almost growls, or she growls as much as a 19 year old girl with a thingyney accent can.
"Bugger off. I don't have time for some moronic discussion about the value of propaganda. Go away."

The pool swirls around suddenly and Virgil rises out of the slime, the cigarette between his lips. "Oh thank you," he takes the butt and tosses it away, "But that one's used up."

Freak Boy sighs and does his best not to growl back.
"Hey, I took your advice. After a long drawn out process I realized that the truth is needed more than counter-propaganda, so I'm not doing that anymore." Freak Boy said defensively.
"Besides, I don't want an argument any more than you do. As for sleeping - I hate sleep. Can't stand it. Waste of time and provides a perfect opportunity for Red Infinity to attack while you're defensless."

"Don't I know it."
Usually people generating out of green pools on the forest floor would be of some slight concern, but this evening, I don't give it much of a second thought. I don't know who this fellow is, but he can't be much worse company than my own thoughts, so he might as well be here. No harm, no foul.

"You should while you still can. I used to love sleeping," Zinn says in a somewhat softer tone.
"It's good for your health. If you sleep you will be more alert and more relaxed in case Red Infinity attacks. If you are nervous about being attacked, find someone to sleep in shifts for you."

"Oh, I only have two projects right now. The other two folders pertain to information gathering. This is everything I have compiled through media analysis on Little Sister, and this is what little I could hack out of an ex-LIF member's computer about anti-LIF operations. You remember Hera, correct? I have been borrowing information from her computer, and tracing it back to her. I believe she has been purged, so we probably won't get any more information that way, but at least that loose end is tied up. I do detest loose ends."

"Wow, you really as depressing aren't you? Let me guess," Virgil reaches into his pocket and takes out a pack of cigarettes, pulling one out with his teeth, "You're moaning and groaning over your lover or want-a-be lover or whatever." He snaps his fingers, lighting his thumb on fire, then using the flame to light his cigarette. "Ya," he continues, shaking his hand to put out the fire, "That's probably it."

"I would, but I thought you needed friends to do that." Freak Boy says jokingly.
He continues to look over the writing on his laptop. Finally, he pauses, squinting and frowning.
"Zinn, how do you spell 'Schiessa koff'?" Freak Boy asked, wondering how he missed that...

"She's been purged alright. Virgil brought her back in a plastic bag. Nasty." Noe shavers a little. "So what have you found out?"

"As in the German word for 'nuts head'? Why would you need to know that?" Zinn asks, raising an eyebrow.

"Isn't that the age old story?" I ask, breathing in the soft cloud of his cigarette.
"But there hasn't been anything close to moaning or groaning lately, just the soft whisper of lack."

"I thought you said you were done with the propaganda," Zinn says. There isn't any malice in her voice. She has the same curious facial expression.
