"We would all appreciate that. I'm sure Freakboy would the most. And I am sorry I can't do more for you Erika. It's just...Red Infinity really has you. You are in a very unfortunate position."

My cell phone beeps and I see the message, and nearly crush the phone with my grip. Without thinking I type in a reply:
Yours isn't my party, bastard thief. You stole my life, my children and everything else except for my heart. I will fight you and I will prevail... SIEG HEIL!
But instead of hitting send my thumb drifts over and hits clear, deleting the message. I sit down and begin to cry.

I send a final message.
Don't bother reporting to me. Report directly to the Ministry of Information. Have a pleasant day. I return to my work without another thought.

Suddenly Erika starts crying and Bassarov has no idea why. He gets her some tissues and sits down next to her. Erika has always been overly emotional, but he never blamed her for it. Her children are controlled by Red Infinity and she is forced to work for them as well. "Can I get anything for you?" He asks her.

"No... I... I..." I begin to cry again, and I hand him the phone which has Violet's message on it. "What can I do? My life is set in stone, d**n that woman!"

Bassarov takes the phone and sees the messages. He doesn't know how to comfort her or what to even do. He feels powerless against Red Infinity most of the time. He places faith in the masses, but revolution takes time. "Someday, the people will stand up together and overthrow the government. Then, you can live a normal life."

"Then I pray your revolution is soon. I'll try to help you in what ways I can, but I need to go... Or she may let Kolov kill me." I say bitterly. I had been looking foreward to staying here... "Please tell Mischa... Tell him that I love him." I say as I walk out the door.
Briefly I stop at Zero's apartment and put on my Red Infinity uniform, but I keep a pendant on bearing a German eagle and a swastika under my shirt. Then I teleport to the Ministry of Technology and report for duty...
There is only one other thing I can do, and frankly I'm afraid to do it... And that is to release the demon inside me, the Machine God Zwei....

Shortly after Erika leaves I arrive at Mischa's apartment and knock on the door.
(frankly I don't remember what I was doing before so I just decided to come here)

"Yes, of course I'll tell him." Bassarov, who becomes jealous easily, will inform Mischa that Erika left, but, he will not tell him that she loves him. It only serves to anger him, and he is in some ways glad she is being moved.
He tells himself that he is being selfish and that his behaviors are wrong. He knows this. He sees his flaws very clearly, yet, he can not escape them.
Bassarov hears a knock at the door. "Come in..." He says in a hollow voice.

I walk in and as soon as I see Bassarov I know something is terribly wrong, in fact more than one something, but I am hardly a psychologist. "What is it lubimi? You look upset."

I spend some time in Helsinki doing some spy work. When I collect information about the various rebel groups there and what they are up to, I receive an internal memo from International HQ. It must be some mistake. My name must have somehow got on their email list.
The internal memo is a list of people whom the party is going to purge. I am shocked when I see my name on the list.
I don't know what to do! I didn't do anything wrong and it must be some mistake.
Rather than contact Donald Morton, whom I'm not sure if I can even trust any more. I go into hiding. I head to Mexico to hide amongst the people there.
"I won't let them kill me! I didn't do anything wrong! I was loyal! Why me?"
I check into a Hotel and try not to worry.

"Erika has to move. She is being transferred to another Ministry. She was very upset and there wasn't much I could do for her." Bassarov replies.

"Oh." is all I can say. I could tell easialy that she was happy here and probaly was in love with Mischa, so I can understand why she would be sad. "That's too bad, she'd have made a valuable ally."

"Well this isn't over yet. I suppose we just have to wait and see what comes of this. It is depressing that I can't do much for her, but, she is like many people. So, I just have to work harder and do more politically. Someday ther will be another revolution."

I sigh. If you want a revolution so much my love then why don't you start one? I ask myself, knowing that if I asked him I'd get a long answer that wouldn't make sense to me. "With so many people discontented I don't see why they don't stage a coup. Oh well, politics never did make sense to me."
