"I'll take you to Bassarov's. They'll know what to do to you there." Ludda is confused, but takes the man to Bassarov's apartment. Bassarov just returned from Ouluu so the door is open. He brings Morton inside.
"Hey guys, I have someone here who is sort of..important..." He finally recognizes that this man is the former Minister of War.
