"Really? I bet things were great back then. Well, hopefully if I take some initiative I can bring Red Infinity members together as friends."

"I really ought to get back to work. Nice seeing everyone again." Illidan leaves and returns to his office to read. The Ministry of Education is a very friendly place to work. He likes it there.

"I wish you luck in that department." Stalin said with a smile, patting her on the back.

"Thanks a lot, Stalin. Did you ask Lady Violet if she was going to show up?"

"Yes, she said she'd try to squeeze in an appearance." Stalin said, sitting down in a chair.

"Super, could you please deliver these invites to other people who may like to attend. You are better than m e at talking to people." I had him a stack of cards to be hand delivered to party members.

"Oh, of course. I'll get around to it as soon as I can find the time." Stalin said, taking the invitations.

"I can examine her, but if it is the taint of maho, there is only so much that I can do."

((Sorry it took me so long to respond))
I smile, and wrap my arms around her.
"I'm glad that I can be there for you, Iris." I say, but it's deeper than that. She's a part of me, and I will do anything in my power to make sure she's not hurt.
"Would you mind if I napped with you..?" The whole ordeal has left me exhausted, I can't even imagine how she feels...

Xavier leads Alamoot into the room where he brought Hera. "If you can't help her, what should be done? She is a Bloodspeaker and might call her friends here."

Zinn changes her sweater, and puts her seatbelt on. She was wearing two long-sleeved shirts and a t-shirt under her sweater. The Sweater had absorbed most of the moisture, so the rest of her shirts were pretty dry.
"Sorry," she says. She sits back and listens to the rain hitting the roof of the van. It's a soothing sound.

Antero keeps to himself. He tried to strike up a conversation with Oneiroi before and decides he will try once again.
"I was reading Kropotkin and he had some ideas about mental health. He said that institutions are like prisons. He talked about this town in Belgium where familiies adopted the mentally ill into their own families and the power of work, a positive environment, and brotherhood in their recovery."

The trip resumes. Sakari begins to think about the revolution again, and only about half of his attention is focused on the road.
I remember a time when it was raining for almost a week straight. My job was to translate intercepted transmissions from the Americans and relay them to the soldiers. It was next to impossible to tell which messages were real, and which ones were decoys, but once I got used to it, I had a knack for telling between the two.
...just the Russians... no... Sakari swears he hears on the radio.
I lean forward to adjust the volume on the radio when I notice that the whole radio is missing, and is likely to have been stolen. I shake my head and try to think of something else.
"I read the same thing. Kropotkin was way before his time, bringing up the issue of punishment versus rehabilitation. Who knew that treating those who broke the law like patients and not prisoners would lower the crime rate? Obviously not Red Infinity."

Antero nods. "He was ahead of his time. Sometimes I wonder how the words from men in the 1800s never die. Society remains unchanged and people keep fighting the same battles over and over again. Then some great reformer has some epiphany and says the same thing our guys said but hundreds of years later."

((Cultural note: The Israeli version of falafels do not use any fava beans.)) "Such a dry description! Fallafels are Ezra's favourite food," Raz explains. "I could go for some tabouleh right now too."
