I frown at reading the report on violet, I shake my head. "... do they honestly think people would buy this?... lady violet gets hospitalized by a car accident?.... she has surrvived far worse then that without much of a scratch....".
I continue to look at it, wondering what really happened. "what are you going to do?...wasnt she supposed to show up at the contest?"

"Keep your efforts up. I want a weakness in this so-called agreement exposed so we can dismantle it. As an ally the LIF is useless, but as an enemy they can serve as a powerful motivator..."

"I'm not sure. We could go visit her. Maybe if we give her a card she will feel better."

"Some of the things LIF stands for might be considered repugnant in this day and age, I do not think we'd have much trouble turning the public against the alliance if it were to become general knowledge."

"Yes but exposing information to the public is not our jurisdiction. No, I want this handled internally."

I rub the back of my neck. "I rather doubt she will feel better with just a card, but who knows... you seem to have that effect on people..."

"I think I have some cards in my office. I will send her one and maybe it will at least show her that we care."
I go up to my office and pick out a nice card with violets on it. I write to her get well soon from the Ministry of Education and send it in the mail.
"It was a good day and we got a lot done. Let's head home."
We head home and I go to bed after having a quick bite to eat.

"Well, there are many international non governmental organizations that did good things for the world. Ones that watch human rights, give medical supplies to the poor, take care of children or the environment. These people came together to help people regardless of countries."
I think for a while.
"I simply haven't a nationalist bone in my body. I was born and raised in China, but never once have I wanted China to be its own country again. Maybe this is because my parents were communists, but, to me, the idea of nationalism seems absurd. We are all people, so why do we need nations to divide us once again?"

"A miniature coup d'etat? Convince some of the lower members to rebel and take power from the higher ups?"

"Well as I see it the point of nations would be so people of similar interests can flock together away from those of dissimilar interests. Me and most of my compatriots would not want to live under socialist rule, and I'm certain that none of the socialists would wish to live under capitalisim. That's why we need nations." It is pleasant having a decent political discussion, as it seems that this one is not likely to come to blows...

"No, and I don't expect to hear that sort of abberant thought again." I say icily. "What I'm saying is we need to find a way into provoking one or both sides into splitting off from the other. Of course it'd be preferable if it was the LIF who threw the first punch."

"That's why I suggested the coup d'etat. Get some of their more ambitious members to take over the command of LIF, and then guide them towards making a mistake that causes a break with Red Infinity and LIF. I know some of the hunters are rather unstable, and given that kind of power such a schism is nigh inevitable."

(I misread your last post and thought you meant a coup within RI... Sorry)
"Perhaps, but incriminating their current leadership is again preferable. Noe is too close to Lady Violet."

"Not all Americans are capitalist, just as not all Chinese are communist. I suppose that internationalism could work if things were done in coalition, with compromises made by both sides. Internationalism recognises that there are laws that all humans are entitled to, regardless of culture and religion. I believe that international law should always surpass national law."
I turn to the soldier then back to Lady Blue.
"I mean, what makes America so special that it needs it's own government?"

"Why shouldn't we? Self soverigenty has always been the highest American ideal. We rebelled against British rule almost eight hundred years ago because we wanted to rule ourselves. Most local communities, weather they be ethnic or political in origin, prefer to govern themselves."
