This has been discussed for awhile, and it has been decided that the site will remain as it is, and won't go into maintenance mode, for everyone if they want to reference it or what have you. I personally think a lot of great discussions have been exchanged here and would hate to lose that.
Which brings me to another thing I forgot to thank people for...
Thank you for putting up with our politics, being open minded and respectful about other ideas, and I hope you've all got something educational out of this. Lord knows I have.
Plus, I owe meeting Bassarov to this site. Thank you everyone for being so awesome, and I hope we all keep in touch in at least one way or another.

I have decided to keep the site open for political discussion, general discussion, and for reference. I will not be around very much, but it is a way to keep the site alive for the members who want to visit here for reference or conversation.
Some members have expressed interest in someone else running the rpg, I will say that I think I would rather close it, since it would not be the same under someone else. It would loose the vision I had for it.
Others are interested in a spin off rpg. I would prefer not to have a post Red Infinity world or have pick things up where they left off, since this too would betray my objectives for the rpg.
However, if someone is interested in starting a pre-revolution rpg, I would gladly offer my advice. A pre revolutionary world would be much like today, but with greater divisions of wealth, more wars, and more aggressive international capitalism.
I think Zinn, Zero, or Void would be good at running such an rpg.
If they are interested, I would gladly help them with that through advice.
Take care everyone, and although it may be hard on all of you, I feel better about this. I feel more alive. I just want to live my life and this is something I had to do. But it was a great rpg, I think highly of all of you, and hope to keep in touch.
I will start working on my comic, picking up where the rpg left off, so as soon as I get some done, I will put it online for you to read. That way you can see how I envisioned things turning out.

That would be neat.
A good way to slow down an RPG is to limit the number of characters people can have to one or two.

Mischa will start likely start up that site this week. It will feature no powers and only human characters. Bassarov and Mischa would be nobodies at the time, so therefore, they would not be integral to the plot.
If you have ideas for it post it here, otherwise, at the moment I am working on the comic and will have some up tomorrow or the next day.

What? This can't be possible, its impossible! I always wnated to playout the ending. I looked foreward toward the final battle, and the wicked Cheshire's death ;D. (I am sure you all want that).
I looked foreward rping here in the sumemr. I am so broken! No! This can't. Bassarov i am so sad to see you go. Same with you Lady Violet. I hope, I hope someday we'll be able to ressurect Red Infinity and play like we ocne did.
I met many great people thier. I loved it so much. One of my very first rpgs. Specifically my second. i was here when RI started. Its so sad, I had so much fun. Births of many relashonships bloomed here. And thier held togeather by this rpg. I don't want this to be broken. Please, lets do another rpg so we can all stay togeather..

Bass i will miss you dearly i have loved being part of this site and learning alot more about rpgs then i used to. It is because of you and the ppl on this site that i have been able to be more open and for that i thank u with all my heart. I will miss you and everyone here.
