Transformation- Quan transforms into Crown, the physical incarnation of Justice. In this form Crown will hunt and punish anyone who has done something unjust. This doesn't always mean kill but that's one of his more common ones. Crown has no real body because his is a collection of energies and will. His form consists of a crown, a pair of guantlets and a pair of boots that move as though they were on a body. He wears a cloak that is a different color whenever he transforms. Physical attacks disrrupt his energy fields, causing some damage though there is no physical effect of them. Energy or magical attacks work normally. Crown's power comes from his ability to control and manipulate energy.
Hammer Blow- Crown gathers energy and projects it like a hammer blow. The blast is nearly invisible, only showing as a ripple in the air as it moves. Crown can use one hand or both to fire these, tow handed blasts being stronger.
appearance: Quan Ji is tall, he wears white cloths that would fit into a full court setting of ancient England. His face is normally hidden by the brim of his extra wide hat. He travels on horse back most of the time, his horse is a white animal named Jewel. When he transforms he is surounded by a white glow. This glow it then thrown off like a cloth and becomes Crown's cloak.
Personality: Quan is kind enough and tries to help others. He is very lawful and takes any agreement seriously. Crown is single minded in his fullfilment of any agreement made when he transforms. Agreements with Quan carry over to Crown when he transforms.
story: The force of Justice made incarnate Quan and Crown act as Judges for any and all who break their agreements or act in an unjust manner. They know they can't get everyone but they are d**n well going to try.
