story: Fate was created by Dr. Dayspring to destroy the Ursarian race back when Dr. Dayspring worked for Red Infinity. He was deactivated because he would not follow orders and because he was too effective at killing Ursarians. He loves to terrorize Ursarians, and wants to feel true emotion. He can not be destroyed and loathes his existance.

He killed Genovia's mother as well as Genki's parents before he was deactivated.

He has killed thousands of innocent people.
