Wings: Has black feather wings, which he can summon at will. The wings are not an extension of his own body, rather an extension of his powers. They allow him to fly and use them as a shield (to block like an arm, nothing special).

Enhanced Reflexes: He reflexively can react to anything he is aware of at lightning speed. For example, a silent attack from behind, he could grab the person and snap their arm without them even knowing what happened.

Wings: Has black feather wings, which he can summon at will. The wings are not an extension of his own body, rather an extension of his powers. They allow him to fly, use them as a shield, and/or teleport himself and anyone he can wrap the wing span around.
If by shield, you mean just protect yourself with your wings, that is fine. If by shield you mean create a special barrier, that is not all right. Because they give you the ability to fly, they will not allow you to teleport yourself or others, a power cannot do more than one thing.

You may only use one or the other at first, so choose either holy or unholy energy. The other must be chosen with another power.
