Looks fine, except for two things.

1) Those aren't adequate weaknesses, those are personality traits, and they also cancel each other out. Please select something like weakness to fire, weakness to taint, etc.

2) What we commonly refer to as multiple personality disorder doesn't actually have anything to do with schitzophrenia. That is a common misconception. It is actually called Dissociative Identity Disorder. It consists of having two or more disctinctly different personalities which are not aware of each other. It's existance is also highly questionable.

psychological weaknesses are fine. For example, if your character curls up into a little ball every time he sees a gun or something, that would be a weakness. Compassion and lack of emotion aren't weaknesses.

I think maybe having different weaknesses that are more concrete, and while berserker is a good weakness, it's also a good strength too. Maybe something like, more definite that doesn't have a positive counterpart, but even so, I think what you have here is fine. It'd just be nice to have these is all.

By the way, is that quote in your avatar a Bill Hicks reference? I know it's a popular phrase, but you know...

ok im gonna look through all the profiles here to get examples.. just give me some more time .. ermm.. in my search im noticing a lot of ppl have NO weaknesses or bull weaknesses.. one might want to review this... anywho.. hah.. my fav i saw was one of lolitas.. being distracted by anything pink.. thats the best weakness ever hahaha.. anywho.. how do these sound

Drug Addict: Trying to deal with his problems in his life, he has a weakness towards drugs. He'll try almost any drug to make his problems go away.
Holy/Unholy Energy: Disables all of his powers for at least 2 hours, depending on the intensity of the energy.
Protective Complex: He has a complex that makes him want to protect women that he cares about. He'll even make a mistake that could cost his own life to do so.

Okay, I don't like doing this, but Peter and Zinn are both over ridden by mine and Bassarov's authority, you can begin (which you should have been able to do awhile ago, but for some reason someone decided to make a bigger deal out of this than was needed.)

-Blind Rage: Has the ability to go into a blind rage, increasing his strength, speed, and endurance ten-fold. This is short lived and afterwards, he is slightly fatigued. During this time, he cannot distinguish friend or foe unless he hears a familiar voice that brings him back to reality.
-Weapons Master: Can pick up any weapon known to man and use it as if he had been trained in it.

-Hallucinations: Dependence on anti-psychotics to keep from hallucinating and getting delusional.
-Holy/Unholy Energy: Disables all of his powers for at least 2 hours, depending on the intensity of the energy.


Personality
He was diagnosed with having delusional hallucinations when he was younger, when in fact it's his 2 heritages warring within him over control. At times he'll be the most benevolent person you've ever met, and at others he'll be the most sadistic evil person you've ever met. The only way to tell the differences are his name (He goes by Nikolai normally, and Roth when evil) and his eyes: They are gold with a glowing halo around the iris when he's fine and his pupils turn beady with red irises and what appears to be eyeliner/eyeshadow on during his delusions. He shows no emotion or compassion in battle, it is only after that he comes back to reality.

Story
He never knew his parents and has never had friends or family of any type. People have feared him all his life due to his conflicting natures. The first orphanage named him Nikolai, since he lacked a name. He had been sent from orphanage to orphanage, each stating they could not deal with him. They eventually called in a psychiatrist, who unbeknownst to them, worked for a secret military organization. He had seen the traits he exhibited before and told them that he had delusional hallucinations. He told the orphanage that he would take him to the institute to help him deal with his problem. Once there, they had their scientists perform many experiments on him to help harness his latent abilities. They then began using him as an assassin/soldier and gave him the code name Roth. It appeared he stopped aging at 19 but they did tests on him to show that he was still aging slowly.

Later on in his career he became interested in The 4th International and their beliefs. He felt this country was ready for a revolution and that he should be the one to help bring it. One night, he tricked the guards into thinking he'd snuck out of his room. When they arrived there, he took his blades and cut one of them across the throat and left him to suffocate. The other, he took a dagger physically took out his voice box. He then left and took out all the scientists and other employees of the facility in a similar fashion. At the time he felt justified for the things he did, because of all the evil stuff they had forced him to do and put him through. He destroyed all the data on him so no one else could ever know anything about him. Upon leaving he began to feel remorse for what he had done, he had made it to a nearby forest and broke down. He began sobbing uncontrollably, feeling remorse for taking the lives of the people who were only doing as they were told. He decided then that for every innocent he killed, he'd cut a scar onto himself.


When he recovered he decided to seek out Valodya Bassarov and atone for all his sins by making the country better. On his search, he meets an old man named Dalek Smirinaiov. The old man takes him in after finding him sobbing over the corpse of a young woman. There were corpses of 3 men laying around the general area, brutally disfigured. The men had just raped and killed a woman and he had showed up at the last minute. He had not been able to protect this woman and it tore him up due to his angelic compassion.

He stayed with the old man for a while and helped him with the duties of the house. He felt at ease to have a "family" and something other than killing to do. The old man was an artist and taught him how to express his feelings in the form of art. Due to his swordsmanship, he was very dextrous so the art was of little difficulty to him. The old man noticed the disturbing images that this young man painted, stating it was from his dreams. They depicted angels and demons battling over what appeared to be the young man he considered a son. He had never had children of his own due to his reclusive nature. All the while he was staying with the old man, he had not had any outbursts from Roth it seemed. The old man and he would sit there and smoke, joking about things that the old man had seen in his time. It helped Nikolai to feel "human" to sit here and socialize, which he had never had a chance to do. The old man died soon after, due to a blood disease. Nikolai had seen him having problems in all the time he'd stayed there, and for once, didn't feel deep regret when someone died. He knew the man was at peace and he was happy to give the man some company before he died.

He is hoping that he can find some answers about himself and help to control his urges and that perhaps Bassarov may be able to help.

Look, I didn't want this to be a big deal. I just wanted you to have real weaknesses. You will notice that most of what you refer to as "bull weaknesses" belong to RI members. That is because RI members get more leway, since they are supposed to be more powerful than everyone else.

Peter, please do not be rude to new members. It makes things harder than they should be.

Just to be clear: When I ask for corrections, I can't actually stop you from posting after being approved by the admin unless I ask the admin for permission to keep you from posting. That way, we can work out kinks while you get a feel for the game. I am sorry if it sounded like I was undermining you Bassarov. I didn't mean to.

I will clean up your thread. I still have problems with your weaknesses though. You can begin posting, but I want to talk to you about them. I will give you my position and reasons over IM. I'll send you my AIM over PM's, OK?
