Personality:
Being an android... Roan always seems to have a dull look. And that dull look fits his personality except for an occational sarcastic comment. But sometimes in certain conditions strange and out of character emotions come apon him... the only emotion he knows is terror... even though he hardly understands it.
Story:
The person he was modeled after was a senetor. Roan's construction was funded by his wife Patricia Sybil. After his death she went into a great depression and looked to... R.Roan for comfort. But as time went by she flung farther and farther away from reality and went a bit to deep to return. For years R. Roan was on pause... he had no orders... so he had no task to carry out... but than something happened... he somehow realized that he had no master... he had freedom. He had wondered into the city and with his freedom he lurked. Until he meet a young women... about 14... her name was Lain. A charming young lady and invited him home. Something in R. Roan... brought a strange...good feeling... emotion toward lain. He couldn't show it but he enjoyed it. But... one day she to was killed... after a raid of suspection by a rebel group she turned out to be a supporter of the red infinity. At the moment she died R. Roan felt an emotion. It was a strange emotion. But he couldn't help but kill those murderes. The great rage caused something to spark and... something had given him strange powers... the ability to gain memories... look into others minds... and destroy them... and he did just that. Destroied thier souls. When Red Infinity was informed of her death Roan was taken back to a near by base for scaning... Roan became an ally of the Red infinity and posed as a Political figure...
He talks in bars and often convinces drunks to come to the side of red infinity... and occationally goes to spy on others plans on order...
