Silence Aura- At will Dion invokes an aura around him inwhich magic is useless. Spells fail, enchanted items loose their powers until their are removed from this aura. The reach varies but can extend nearly a hundred yards.
Desilation Breath- Dion is loth to use this weapon for he is pained by the destruction of anything. A beam of blue light issues from his mouth, breaking down whatever it hits to dust. Mortals have no prayer and most immortals surrender to the power in the end. Dion has used this weapon only twice in the past, both of which he does not remember fondly.
appearance: As a human: long platinum blonde hair worn in a loose pony tail at the base, white gold colored armor, white cape, brown eyes
Personality: polite, diplomatic, kind, dutiful, friendly, non violent, optomistic
story:
Dionysus was one of the first dragons to desert Louhi during her second coming. He quickly saw his creator as evil, and swore to protect Jumala Mythysta from her evil ambitions. He fought her and the evil dragons.
After the battle ended, Jumala Mythysta appointed him to be a Diplomat for the General Organization of Dieties....basicly the UN of Gods. As a Diplomat, he sought to broker peace between the waring gods.
Despite intensive multilateral negoatiations with Ukko, Earth remains in a state of severed diplomatic ties with the General Org. of Dieties. G.O.D. has gone as far as to sanction the admitance of souls to Taivas.
None of this has worked. Thus, Doinysus may have to take a dangerous diplomatic mission to Earth to try to prevent another all out war between the gods.
