appearance:

Vitaliy stands roughly six feet tall. His brown hair is kept short and neat. Similar in style to that of a modern day marine. He has a small frame for his large size, weighing only 130 pounds. A small scar crosses the laugh lines on the left side of his face.

Personality: Vitaliy is fond of life and tends to be cheerful and happy go lucky. However, when angered he is known to change his tune. He is more than capable of having his blood run cold when the situation calls for it.


story:

Vitaliydoes not know from where he hails, he knows that he was adopted in New York, and that the man that he calls father is a very loving man. His father adopted him at the age of three and raised his as his own.

While in the begining Vitaliyl knew a woman as his mother, she died shortly after the adoption proccess was completed. The father worked at a small school and suddenly found that it was incredibly hard to work and take care of a small toddler. He started taking Mikkael to school with him, and found that he learned extremely quickly.

Indeed Vitaliy did learn at a rapid rate, and the material that he chose to learn intrigued his father. Politics, politics, and more politics were discussed often in the home. From his father he became acutely aware of the rising problems within America and abroad. He also learned of the various organizations that were setting themselves up to combat the problems.

Even at such a young are Vitaliy was aware that he would not be able to change anything by himself. In order to help change the status quo Vitaliy enrolled in school, and sailed through college picking up a degree in mathematics. It was also in school where he was recruited by the Green Party. It was obvious that they would be able to help promote what he deemed injustices against the environment. . . .

Vitaliy became aware of gambling for the first time immedietly after graduation. Friends took him to a seedy gambling establishment where he was exposed to poker for the first time. It was love at first sight. Since that day he has put his college degree behind him, instead of mathematics he has aquired a fair amount of prestige as one of the top notch gamblers in the world. The proffesion also allows Vitaliy to raise money for the Green Party and to help recruit other members as well.

His father, still alive, remains in contact with him and is extremely proud of his accomplishments.

3) Russia no longer has any borders, as everything is now Red Infinity. Russia is actually way more stable than most other parts of the world. Britain is impoverished as an act of revenge against the escape of the British monarchy. America is mostly empty space, recovering from various attacks. Capital City (formerly New York) is pretty loosely monitored, and has many cultural areas. People there are pretty poor too, but not as poor as the British. They were previously under the control of a Capitalist militant group called the Federalist Republic of America (FRA). A hotbed for rebel activity is in Helsinki.
