Mindspeak - Vandela can delve into the minds of others, and can hold sway over people of weaker minds. She can also speak to people in thought, and transmit emotions and mental images.
Appearance: If one could give beauty and grace form, it would be Vandela. Her long raven hair always seems to find a breeze to get caught in, her pale skin seemingly flawless. She has been seen wearing a vast wardrobe, from fashionable black, silken skirts with sanguine tinted trim to long, flowing gowns. Just the sight of her is powerful enough to intoxicate, one look from her brilliant ruby eyes are enough to charm into petrification.
Personality: Vandela is very obscure and cryptic. She claims to be the mother of paradox and chaos. Her randomness is quite startling to all who know of her presence. She has a wild lust beyond simply a vampire's appetite for blood and the free shedding of it. It has been said that once she bathed in the blood of human children. Insane would be too light of a term.
Her icy, jagged laugh rattles men to their cores.
Story: Vandela has existed since the days when Kuro forced his followers to drink from his blood. The dark blood of the fallen angel maddened Vandela, twisting her into a shadow of her former self. An ally to the forces of chaos for all eternity, she chooses to pit herself against all rulemakers and society leaders in a never ending struggle to bring absolute pandemonium wherever she may walk on the earth.
Before she drank Kuro's blood, Vandela had been a simple woman, but she lead a very happy and fulfilling. The tragic and gruesome death of a loved one by mutilation moved her onto a dark path. She gave into her dark desires, and was granted immortallity at the cost of her sanity. She is beyond all help. Her salvation was destroyed when the blood first touched her lips.
