Socialism is usually refering to Democratic Socialism which a. has no revolution b. has free markets

But it can also refer to revolutionary socialism or marxist socialism (commonly known as communism) which a. includes a revolution b. has economies that are controlled so economic forces can be harnessed for the benefit of all people/ goods can be equally allocated.

Wait, Bass, are you saying that all communism states (countries whatever you wanna call them) follow communism because of revolution?

Is there not a single country which just accepts it?

There's Russia and China, too main ones but are the others?
