Songbird's Pearls: Memphis has a beautiful voice. When she sings, she releases pearls that burst into a healing haze. This allows her to heal herself and everyone around her.
Memory Lapse: Memphis has the ablitity to make someone forget . This can be anything from 5 hours ago, to 2 years ago to there whole life. Its her choice. She can't however, alter memories to make them more horrible or better.
Weakness: Unholy water: Memphis is probably the most purest creature on this earth, next to a newborn baby. Unholy water would weaken her. Too much could kill her.
Taint: As said before, she is very pure. Thus, tainting could consume her and make her ill. Too much taint could kill her as well.
appearance: Memphis is 4'10. She has brown/gold hair and browned "glowing" skin. The most striking feature on her is her eyes. They change color a lot, from gold, to green, to brown, to red and many more.
Personality: Memphis is a sweet, kind person but she isn't naive. She is selfless, strong-willed, even stubbron. She is ,also, sensual and flirtatous. Bravery, bluntness, ease, and truthfulness are her better traits.

She picked the Rebels next because she believes in the downfall of Red Infinity. This,also, ties in with her love of nature. Its her belief that the government does nothing to protect nature. She believes they enjoy distroying trees and not planting anymore.
Also, she doesn't agree with the torture practices or the way they lie to the people. Cloning and DNA mixing also disturb Memphis, though DNA mixing is worse. The government should take care of the people, not grind them under their heels.
A SHORT HISTORY OF WHERE THEY WERE BORN, THEIR FAMILY, AND IF THEY HAVE ANY LOVED ONES STILL ALIVE
The year Memphis was born, the agreement between Guyana and France had been broken and France, once again, had control of the small, South American country. Her father, Doctor Alejando Deiz and his wife, Pina, were the leaders of the resistance fighters. Once Memphis was born, they took the fight underground, out of fear for there one and only daughter.
12 years later...
Memphis lays on the cold slab in her father's lab. This wasn't the first time he had drawn blood from her. He said it was just a little experiment he was conducting, that it was nothing to worry about. He always called her "Songbird" because she sang beautifully.
But today felt different, for her father had a grim smile on his face. Her mother laid upstairs, asleep, oblivious of what her father was about to do to her. He smile gently at his only daughter, remembering he was doing her a favor by making her into something no one else was.
For years, Dr. Deiz had been fiddling with human DNA, mixing DNA from a human with an animals. Everytime he tried, he failed. One day, upon returning home, he came across a nest of birds. But they weren't normal birds. They were very red and glowed in the dark. He was pleased with his findings, seeing that science had probably envolved these birds into what they are. He left them, only to return the next night and take two chicklets, a boy and girl. It had never crossed his mind to crossbreed there DNA with a humans. For years, these birds reproduced and lived with his family. Memphis loved them the most, loving the red color of their feathers and the beautiful songs that lulled her to sleep at night. But soon, he had run out of animals to work on. His eyes finally turned to the firebirds, as he called them. He started his experiments and found that the birds DNA didn't kill away the human DNA of a young child, a child Memphis age... He knew his choices were clear, he would mix the blood with his daughter, make a new scientific discovery.
And he did, just that.
With serious consequences.
13 years later...
Memphis stands over the grave of her mother. She'd been slowly,slowly dying since her father died, mixing the firebirds blood with her own. Why he died was unclear, but her mother was heartbroken. The resistance had fell apart and Pina had been in hiding till her death. Memphis throws a pink rose on her mothes grave, and walks away.
THEIR PURPOSE OR GOAL IN LIFE
Memphis wants DNA mixing to cease. She has had it happen to her and her life has never been the same. She didn't want to wish that upon anyone else. Also, she believes that the people could never be truly free and equal under Red Infinity rule. And animals that were being cross-breeded was cruel to her. She wished nature and humans to exist as a whole, in happiness.
