powers: 1 - Slo-mo = I can slow down time for a short while, making my shots more acurate.
2 - Wave bullet = When I shoot, the bullet turns into a small wave of electricity, mainly for silencing cameras and such.
3 - Stick-shot = I can shoot at one thing, turn around, shoot, and hit the same thing again.
4 - Invisible Gun = I can turn my gun invisible, perfect for getting past secruity, and other things.

story: I was raised in Capital City, and went on missions for Red Infinity with my father. On a particular mission, we were supposed to Assassinate a very high governmental subject. He failed to hit him, got shot and died. To avenge my father , I rolled over, grabbed the gun, and shot the guy in the face. Now, 7 years later, I search for a government to join. Some government that is rather.... destructive.
