1- Bound by Magic: Sakura is bound by a magical necklace which forces him to do the bidding of any and all government officials, as well as making him unable to take any actions against them. At all times bindings are visible: an iron band around his neck, and unlinked manacles on his wrists.
2- Salamander Form: Sakura was long ago banned from assuming his true form without a direct order from a member of Red Infinity. In this form he is about seventh meters long and is formed of molten rock with black stone for skin. His strength and fiery breath are able to destroy most any modern structure.
3- Strength- Sakura is gifted with amazing strength in human form, thanks to his magical nature. He can dent or bend steel, crush stone, and lift several tons with the right leverage.
4- Toughness- Sakura is very difficult to damage. He does not heal very fast but doing anything to him that would actually leave visible damage is very hard to do. This applies in human form as well.
5- Elemental Call- Sakura calls on the elements to aid him invoking whatever he has need of. If he had his way there would be earthquakes, tornadoes, and forest fires but usually he’s ordered to make it rain, or to fix things. Nothing makes him or angry than being ordered to use his powers to repair a human structure.
Appearance: Sakura is tall dark and handsome when he is in human form. His hair is short and black. He wears suits with long cut coats when he’s waiting for work but is forced to assume the form that he is ordered to whenever someone has a job for him.

Personality: Sakura’s personality is very sarcastic, quiet, and general a bad attitude. That’s most from being a slave for years on end. The slave thing has given him a constant bad mood and he tends to snap at things and people. His natural instincts are to destroy the creations of mankind and he will act upon these if he can.
Story: Sakura is a Salamander from the lower planes sent to beat back the progress of men, not for any great reason really, mostly just to screw with them. He did all right for a little while, but then a sage managed to trick him into putting on a cursed necklace, saying to was a tribute to Sakura’s power. Of course, it wasn’t. The necklace forced Sakura to assume a human form and locked much of his power away. As a human he was quickly captured and the manacles were added to his binding, completing the spell and forcing Sakura into servitude, that he should always serve the ruling family of the nameless country where he was caught. Now, a few hundred years later, the curse had been taken over and updated. The ruling family is Red Infinity now so Sakura is bound to them, unable to do anything without the permission of a government official. Worse still he is at their call constantly, unable to refuse an order. He dreams of finding a way out of the curse someday, and raining death on the world of men to make them pay for his years of slavery.
