Don't you need to get them one at a time? My character is a psionicist himself, and he had to get telekinesis, mind blasts, etc. seperately. Psychic Powers is a little broad.

Spirit bomb, yes it is not very authentic but w/e...
Kai makes an energy bomb, with his energy and he takes energy from everything on the planet and form's a massive ball of energy the size of the earth itself. This cannot be dodged, but you can block it SLIGHTLY. No matter what it has to partially hit you. It takes about 3 posts to fully charge.
