Story: Matsumura is the 38th angel of death. He was trained for 200 years by the best of the best to be the ultimate warrior. He has little personality and no mercy. He gets no special thrill from killing, but he does it with amazing tactic and style. He was once in league with the celestial beings, until his father was killed by a group of celestial elites called the Hand of God. He then teamed up with a rogue group of humans and angel outcasts who formed a rebellion against the Hand and their corrupt control. One by one, Matsumura (Matsu for short) killed every single elite operative of the Hand. Some might say Matsu is an emotional time bomb waiting to explode. He's lost a lot of things, including his body at one point (he got it back-long story). But he doesn't let it bother him. He has become hardened over time due to brutal training and centuries of killing. But he knows the rules of honor, which was why he needed to get vengeance for the death of his father.
Like most who obtain vengeance, afterwards he didn't know what to do with himself. He was outcast from everything. He had once hated the humans and others who were unfamiliar with the heavenly plane. Now, they were his only allies. His prejudice was aimed at the celestials who lived in the sacred lands that he could not return to. However, he was never comfortable fighting with the human rogues. He figured it was because his prejudice still existed, but the truth is he didn't feel worthy, since their morals were right and just. So he left them in search of new things. Then it happened. Red Infinity surfaced and claimed power. At first he was skeptical and prepared to rebel against the organization. However, when he heard about the League of the Godless, he became extremely intrigued. He was offered a position as an assassin. The terms were quite suitable, the pay was exceptional, and the hours were fantastic. He accepted the offer and awaits his first assignment.
