Thank you. I like to do that with some powers just so there's no debate when fighting. Plus I like to limit them and allow for more powerful characters than myself to have some way of avoiding some of my deadlier powers. It makes it a lot more interesting. Anyway, thanks for posting here. If you want to have a "psychic conversation" then that's fine

320 posts means new power!
Holy Water-Matsumura can create and control super potent Holy Water. This isn't just regular baptism Holy Water. This is more like Holy acid that burns dark and demonic energy. Here's how it works: Any character using dark powers or any character who is dark (meaning they are mean, they've killed before, they are heartless, etc.) will be effected by the Holy Water. Holy Water's effectiveness works in two ways: based on power and based on goodness and badness. Here's how it goes:
By power: Characters that are much weaker than Matsumura (100 posts or more) will be severely damaged and burned away. Characters near equal with Matsumura will be damaged. Characters more powerful than Matsumura (100 posts or more higher) will be damaged, but less severely. People who are much more powerful than Matsumura (300 posts or more) will only suffer light burns
By goodness/badness: Characters who are extremely evil (murderers, bad bad people, demons, etc) will be burned severely. Characters who are evil will be burned pretty bad. Characters who are somewhat evil will be burned a decent amount. Characters who are near neutral will experience light burns. Characters who are good, but not pure will experience a tingling sensation and get a rash. People who are fully pure will not be affected.
Both factors are taken into account when trying to figure out the damage. Say someone is very powerful and also very evil. Very powerful people are relatively unphased, while very evil people are hit badly with it. This person would only be hit with it at medium power, since it averages out.

Summon:
Four Horsemen: Matsumura summons the four horsemen of the apocalypse to strike his enemy with brutal force. The horsemen appear in this order:
War-War rides in on his steed and slices the enemy with power. His weapon is a broad sword.
Famine-Famine rides in and stabs at the enemy with less powerful attacks, but he gets some good jabs in. His weapon is a small Arabian dagger.
Pestilence-Pestilence fires a swarm of bees at the enemy. If he is close enough to the enemy, he will strike them, but if not, he will only fire the bees. His weapon is a giant axe.
Death-Death flies in fast and strikes his opponent once and only once, but with devestating power.
Note: As of now, this is my finishing move. I will not be using it very much. I don't even know if I'll ever use it at all. It's mostly for show.
Update: Matsumura absorbed Nova, increasing his power, strength, speed, stamina, and defense. I'm not going to make him God or anything like that. It's just now he's more powerful, it's that simple. Don't worry, I don't go around fighting people for no reason. Oh, but I do have a scythe now, which makes me look scary.

Summon:
Soldiers of Darkness-Matsumura can summon an army of black (black the color, not the ethnicity), faceless creatures to fight as his servants. They are not very strong, but they're lack of care for their own good and their violent rages make them tougher combatants. Matsumura usually only summons an army of 12, but if he puts his mind to it, he can summon as many as 50 at a time. Soldiers of Darkness are weak against holy magic, take damage from energy attacks, take less damage from melee attacks (sword, axe, daggers, etc), but take almost no damage from bullets, since the dark matter used to create them can reform over the bullet hole. They are a type of enemy that really depends on character. A priest would have a very easy time fighting them, whereas a cowboy would have a very hard time fighting them. They only have simple melee commands, like attack, defend, charge, etc.

480 new power
Nefarious Shadow-when Matsumura is asleep, his subconscience can form a shadow version of himself, a dark hooded and cloaked figure of a man, with powers similar to Matsumura's, that can walk around. His shadow has enhanced fighting skills and reaction time, since he represents Matsumura's latent potential. If the shadow is defeated, Matsumura will wake up and it will disappear. Matsumura does not use this power consciously. He does not know it even exists. He can see what is happening inside his mind in some ways, but it all seems like a dream. The shadow can see what is going on, it can hear what is going on, but it can't speak. "Some people sleep walk. Some people have nightmares. But how many people's nightmares sleepwalk?"
