Teleportation: Relentless can transport himself anywhere within 500,000 miles of his current location at the blink of an eye.
EMP Burst: Relentless has the power to create an EMP Burst that disables all machinery within a half-mile radius. This applies to all weaponry, defense systems, etc. that require some sort of programming to operate. Purely mechanical things, such as regular guns, are unaffected. This power doesn't remain active, it is a burst that short circuits all machinery until they are repaired.
Nullification Field: Relentless generates a field that nullifies any and all powers within the area, including those already active. It does not matter what the basis of the power is, the powers CANNOT be used. This field lasts for three hours, and effects a half-mile radius. (Further note: EMP Burst isn't neutralized by this as it is not a power that remains in effect, it simply short-circuits all machinery)
Undetectable: Relentless cannot be detected by any extra-sensory abilities. His presence is perpetually masked in obsurity, and he simply will not register through any tracking.
Iron Will: Relentless is immune to all mental attacks and communications. He simply cannot receive them, nor can he be affected by them.
Appearance: Relentless is a master of disguise and can alter his appearance through clothing and cosmetics. Naturally he is a nondescript Asian man in about his mid-twenties. When on a job he dons the black ninja gi and mask.
Personality: I think his "name" says it all.
Story: Nothing is known of Relentless's past. It is said his lover was killed before his very eyes, but nobody knows if and how that relates to his current occupation as a Red Infinity assassin who's job is to stop people from having sex.
