Icy Aura- Surrounded by a constant aura of icy cold any living being within twenty feet of Ulgin feels the cold in their flesh and bones. Getting to close can actually result in seious problems for a normal person.
Appearance: Tall, dark, and handsome. He has a Noric appearance despite his fairer french blood and embraces that side of himself rather than courtly life.
Personality: He laughs often and deep because he finds everything to be of great humor. Having lived among the vikings for many years he has grown to accept the dead of humans with off hand ease, uncaring of human life but still finding it interesting.
Story: The eldest son of the House of Lee at it's downfall, during the Reign of Terror. Raised from the dead by his brother Magnus, then called Omadon, he was one of the later attempts. He does not feed off blood like the vampires and is for all appearances a man. But those who come close to him feel a horrible cold sinking into their bones and except in the dead of winter, they know that he can not be human.
After the second rebellion that shattered the House of Lee to the winds Jacque traveled north to the icy wastes of Norway. Here, he could sometimes play human in the bitter ice and snow.
