Personality: Giselle expects the worst for her. She believes nothing can ever be truly good, and that there always has to be a catch. No luck goes with luck as she says. She's definably a believer in "What can go wrong, will go wrong." Giselle isn't good at all in making friends, she has little social skills at all. Due to her childhood, this is how she turned out. She expects everyday to suddenly be abused by someone, due to her parent's 'lovely' personalties. The scars on her back and arms will forever remind her of them. Through, at heart, she is actually kind. She's stubborn and doesn't trust men. She just doesn't.
Giselle has many different beliefs, which all mix in together. For one, she supports A.S.S because of how sex nowadays is never love, but is against Red Infinity. Also, she believes in L.I.F's idea of having only the human race, since from the books she's read, things were better with no other races beside Humans. That and the fact she hates vampires. But she's just decided to go with the rebels, since she is more so against Red Infintiy then anything else.
story: Giselle had the 'pleasure' of growing up in a rundown town located in San Francisco. She lived in an old apartment building with her parents, no brothers or sisters. The mailboxes were torn down by thiefs, hoping to find money sent by mail. Some doors were broken, and the building looked like it would fall to the side any minute. Her father was a drunk and her mother was too. The rare times they showed love for Giselle, it was often followed by a sudden violent reaction. She was abused by her father and her mother in childhood. Throughout this, Giselle never thought of running away. She knew someday, things would get better. Or so she hoped.
Giselle would draw and write, dreaming of other places. Beautiful places and happy families. When she was 14, her father died of lung cancer from smoking and her mother shot herself when Giselle was 15. Now left alone, she remained in the apartment building until she was 16, barely surviving. Then, she found her father's switchblade and some money. Giselle finally left the old apartment building, leaving everything behind beside the switchblade and money. She hitched a ride using the money and started to travel to Helsinki, where she would see if the rebels would give her a place to stay.
She was sure they'd say no, like her life had been. At the age of 18, after a long hard two years, she found herself in Helsinki. Giselle was finally where she hoped, deep within her mind, that she'd be able to get a better life. The last shatter of her hopes was by a vampire, the last time she would ever trust any one, especially a male, again. A kind man who had helped Giselle reach Helsinki had befriended her. She felt she could trust him with her life. Wrong. The night they reached Helsinki, he bite Giselle and left. Now, scared, alone, and lost at the age of 19, Giselle finally finds herself at the Rebel Base.
I hope I did everything right and all. If something's wrong, just point it out and I'll fix it right away.
