Story: Helen is a Helen Keller/other clone. Only her records show what other person she was cloned after. She was made in 4RI and put into a frozen state in the basement of the Red Infinity HQ. In the year 21RI she awoke due to a computer malfunction. She escaped Red Infinity and joined the rebellion movement. She was a teacher to children who were deaf and blind and taught them how to speak with their hands.
Helen had had android parts added to her in order to hear and see by Red Infinity when she was created, but she does not talk and still speaks with her hands anyways.
In 24RI she was captured and put back into a frozen state inside of a cleverly designed suitcase. The suitcase was placed in a cell at the Ministry of Terror. She was put into a froze state inside of a suitcase to ensure she didn't age and die and also so none of the Rebels would even have the chance of recusing her.
Now in 50RI, with the computers turned off and going haywire, she awakens again.
