Black Rain~ Summons dark clounds to shed black rain like acid and when comes in contact with an enemy it burns them.

story: Wicked was born into a poor family but strangely born green. Her parents thought it was a curse and did anything to turn her normal. Nothing worked. As she grew she was tsrange and made fun of at school abused by bullies because of her strangeness. When she grew up she went to a boarding school and met Glinda. She was popular but Wicked was not. SO she started practicing black magic and became a witch and using it to curse her enmies. Glinda practiced white magic. they became best friends. But torn apart because Wicked turned evil with her new powers. She took a job for Red Infinity as a supervisor of west of the continent.

While healing is perfectly acceptable, you cannot have a spell that heals you fully, it allows you to keep fighting and, in essence, never lose.
