Powers: Dark blood- if a person states 'I promise' to Fancy, if her blood touches their skin they must fill the promise, or everyday until they do the blood mark will appear. Which will feel like an intense burn for 5 minutes or so before disappearing.
Sorrowful kiss- If Fancy were to kiss someone, or something, and pierce their skin in some way in order to taste their blood, a poison would seek into their blood stream. Depending on how long or how much effort she puts into the bite depends on how deadly the poison.
Poison claws- Fancy actually paints her nails with a deadly snake's poison.While the nail polish alone is harmless, when it touches blood or enters a person's body, they feel the effects of snake poison. Through, it merely makes them very sick for a time. She had messed with the poison as to not kill a person.
Appearance: Fancy's naga form usually puts a clear image in a person's memory for years after seeing it. Her hair is long and black, with red highlights. She wears a black thorn top and has black thorn black-like wings. Her eyes are an eerie blood red. The snake half of her body is a mixture of black, red, and blue. Her right hand has strange markings that also appear on other parts of her body. She has sharp claws, and very sharp teeth.
In human form, she tries to seem as normal as possible. Her eyes are blue, due to colored eye-contacts and she always wears a turtle neck shirt and never wears no sleeved shirts. She tries not to smile a lot, in order not to show her teeth, and always wears jeans. Her shoulders, back neck, and legs all feel like snake's skin and look it.
Personality: Fancy is alittle.. Well.. embarrassed about her naga form, with good reason. She's sure everyone would be scared of her or think her evil, along with her skills. That and the fact she changes when she goes into her naga form. She's more outright, and basically a smartass. She doesn't like people to see that side of her, at all. She's usually shy, reserved, and soft-spoken.
Story: Fancy's been through a lot in her lifetime, most bad things. Which is why she wants everyone to be happy, and not do what they're first too. At first she had thought of joining the Anarchists, but she believes without a government, things would fall apart. There should always be some sort of government, so instead she joined it. She thinks that she can help change the government from inside, a hopeless hope at this time, but maybe in the future..
In her past, she was raised by a human woman, who was poor. Her mother had found her out on the street and took her in. At 18, her mother did the best she could and gave her a chance to make it in the world. Fancy landed a job as a Maid for a rather rich man and then from there on she was fine with her moments of struggling. Her mother had gavin her a locket, which she still keeps today, that has engraved on it:
