Personality:
Julia enjoys sex and pleasure, but conforms to Red Infinity for stability and safety. Her goals are limited, she does not disagree with Red Infinity's politics and is mainly interested in having a good time, not getting caught, and doing the missions given to her. She is more sensual than intellectual, and will take risks if they promise a good time.

story:
Julia comes from London and joined Red Infinity at a young age. Both of her parents were Red Infinity members. She went to a special Red Infinity school for future political leaders but goofed off in her classes and did poorly in most subjects.

After she graduated, she was given a job with A.S.S. as an operative but never did well at this either.

In a few years, despite her record, she became a prominent operative of A.S.S but was relocated to the Ministry of Information after a series of afairs with Party Members and rebels.

She now works there policing people's thoughts for ideas of rebelion. When someone is caught with rebelious thoughts, she is sent out to capture them and bring them to the Ministry of Terror.

She finds her work boring and is more interested in sleeping around than actually bringing rebels into Red Infinity custody.

She only does her job because she wants Red Infinity to think that she is loyal.

:-\ hmm, those are all mind techniques... except teleportation, ... but still autohitting isnt allowed.... so shouldnt they have some way of saying they hit?

The mental attack is in a wave form, which is fine. Psionics are always hard to do, but if there is some visible mental emanation it is perfectly acceptable.

The wave is visible, it looks like a ripple on water, but instead of water the ripple appears in the air. It doesn't auto hit , though the mind shield breaker works until a mental attack successfully hits, since it is annoying when you break a mind shield, attack someone, and they say you miss and they put their shield back up.

100 posts- Mind Trapped Kiss- If I kiss someone, I can trap a lingering thought in their head. This thought does not compell them to do anything. But it is an annoyance and can become an obsession over time. It can only be cured through intense meditation for several hours a day for a week.
