Inhabit Conciousness: Oneiroi can project himself into the conciousness of a willing or sleeping target. A psionic projection of himself enters the person's psyche, and he can traverse it, communicating with different aspects of the person, and searching their mindscape for information. This technique is generally used to hunt down psychosis and combat them. If he is killed in someone's mindscape, Oneiroi receives a powerful psionic backlash as his mind is jolted back into his body, and he is knocked unconcious for a few hours to a few weeks.
Psionic Binding: Oneiroi uses his telepathic power to mentally bind someone. While their limbs are not technically disabled, the part of the mind that propels the movement is paralyzed. This power manifests as a ray fired from a third eye that manifests on Oneiroi's head when he uses his psionic abilities.
Extraction: Oneiroi can extract a certain part of a person's mindscape and bring it into the real world where it takes on physical form and a sort of intelligence of its own. Depending on what is extracted, it will solidify in a certain form. This can ONLY be used if Oneiroi has located the particular part of the mindscape while he is projecting himself inside of it with his "Inhabit Conciousness" power. Depending on the type of thought or idea that is extracted, it will take different forms and personalities. Anything extracted is completely gone from the person's mind, but it can return to the conciousness should it choose of its own volition, or Oneiroi reverses the Extraction power. This is most often used for Oneiroi to extract psychosis, which he binds in the real world until it can be destroyed. Generally, Psychosis manifest in shadowy, demonic forms, whereas a misformed idea might look like a chaotic and random compilation of different features, and a well-considered theory might be ordered and vaguely humanoid in appearance.

Pacifist: Oneiroi hates violence, and he will not partake in any violence whatsoever. He is a man of peace, and he refuses to take up arms under any circumstances except in order to destroy a psychosis that he has extracted.

Story: Oneiroi is a man of Vietnamese descent who was raised in England. At an early age he manifested a great proficiency in psionics, especially with telepathy and clairsentience. Oneiroi's power was such that a visible third eye often manifested on his head when his still-untrained mind used its psionic abilities. Oneiroi learned to control these abilities, and was able to lead a fairly normal life. He excelled in school and showed a great interest in psychology. Acheiving top grades, he attended Oxford University and acheived a PhD in Psychology. Oneiroi began working in a small, governmentally owned psychiatric ward in London, and was discreetly contacted by the Eternal Light organization. Oneiroi began taking a few odd jobs for the organization, and soon became a full-fledged member. Oneiroi was excited about being able to use his psionic powers in his practice, and immediately set about developing several methods in which he might use his gift to improve his skill. It was during this time that he relocated to Helinski and assumed the name "Oneiroi" in order to protect his family and himself.
