appearance: A heavyset, balding man about six feet tall. He has a heavy black beard, trimmed short, and wears very rugged looking clothes. He also wears the classic black executioner's hood during executions.
Personality: Cold and aloof, seemingly unfazed by watching death, loyal.
story: Vassily Gregarov was born shortly after the revolution outside Moscow, and was soon conscripted by the Ministry of Terror to act as a four-year foot soldier. He later signed up for a carreer tour of duty with that Ministry. When he proved to be quite adept at the arts of euthanization and execution he was upgraded to the rank of Executioner, a relatively rare position. He is now Red Infinity's chief exectioner, handling all exections that the various Ministers don't do themselves. He takes no real pride in his work, he does what he does out of loyalty.
His most common means of execution are the electric chair, hanging or lethal injection (via metallic potassium injection, which is not the painless agent used in US exections). He is also proficient in far more gristly forms of execution, such as the rack, crufiction and so on.
