story:
Hera was an LIF operative who could collect the souls of people. She left LIF when she became paranoid that the LIF was going to kill her. She begged Red Infinity to protect her, which they did, giving her a position as Kolov's secretary. Hera enjoyed her work at the Ministry of War and become fond of Kolov. Because he could not return her love, he had Morton replace him in her life. Hera was loyal to Morton and Red Infinity, but this did not save her from the purges. She was purged from the party and killed by Kith when she tried to escape to Mexico.

Before she died, she prayed to God to protect her. A god answered her prayer, this god was Louhi. Louhi placed her soul inside of a woman who was dieing of a rare blood disease. Hera's soul gave the woman a longer lease on life. With a new and healthy soul, the woman was able to leave the hospital for the first time in years. With Hera's soul now inside of her, she is determined to rejoin the Bloodspeakers, a cult that she joined 5 years ago, which is partially responsible for her blood disease.

Because of the blood disease, she has very low endurance and must drink human blood for strength.

Her goals in life are to serve Kaitalish and to figure out why she was given the disease. She thinks it was a test to see if she was truly loyal to the cult.

In reality, the blood illness is just her reaction to the taint.

20 Posts- Mild Taint Cloud- This cloud infects anyone who it touches with a mild version of the taint. This mild version of the taint results in any of the following: convulsions, headache, muscle spasms, difficulty breathing, fatigue, upset stomach, or dizzyness. The effects will wear off on their own in a few hours.

100 Posts- Plague- This is a more advanced version of her ability to spread disease. Plague can be treated by most doctors or healers, but is highly contageous. This results in more severe symptoms such as

200- Heart Attack- this power causes a person to have a heart attack unless they take aspirin right away, are in good health, or have a shield resistant to dark powers. It causes heart attack in about 10% of cases, other times it may instead cause tightness in chest, shortness of breath and fatigue. In most cases these wear off after a day or two.
